A county commission vote will be taken to prohibit use of the highly vulnerable, uncertified, and illegal Dominion Voting machines, ePollbooks, and Zuckerberg drop boxes for all future elections in Otero County.

We will be presenting new evidence of over a dozen election code violations committed by the SOS, and additional findings of massive vulnerabilities in Otero.

Several NM counties will be looking closely at what the commission does. Pray for our commissioners, and those in attendance.

We want justice and accountability.

I’ll publish the comprehensive legal brief we drafted detailing the numerous election code violations committed by our corrupt Secretary of State at the start of the meeting, along with a link to a livestream.

BREAKING: The Otero County Commission just voted to remove Zuckerberg drop boxes and Dominion Voting machines and other election machines for the general election in a unanimous decision.

We aren’t done.

Not by a long shot.

Praise God for His faithfulness to get us through another day.

After the Maricopa audit disappointed so many in September, we immediately started advocating for the “county commission strategy.”

All the other strategies out there delegate our authority to an unaccountable judge, or need an entire legislature to get on the same page.

That was too unwieldy.

We needed to focus on something manageable.

County commissioners are the epitome of “lesser magistrates,” a doctrine that our country was founded on.

Lesser magistrates like the county commission have the ability to nullify tyrannical overreach.

Nothing has come easy, and we aren’t through the woods yet, by any means. But God works through the lesser among us. The weak. The foolish.

That’s because the weak have no problem giving glory where it is due. God gets ALL the glory.

Otero County Commissioners voted unanimously today in favor of election integrity!

1. Approval of hand count of all votes cast after the June 7th Primary
2. Approval of removal of all mail-in drop boxes
3. Approved the removal of all voting machines, including Dominion

We started advocating for the “county commission strategy” last October.

It’s essentially the doctrine of the “lesser magistrates.”

County commissioners are the epitome of “lesser magistrates,” and they are perfectly positioned to nullify tyrannical overreach by withholding certification of elections using corrupt machines.

The strategy does not empower a judge or require an entire state legislature to get on the same page.

It requires finding 3 to 5 people with courage to simply say no to a fraudulent scheme.
