Also, just finished up a very thorough legal memorandum highlighting the many NM Election Code violations committed by our corrupt SOS, Maggie Toulouse Oliver. It will be provided to county commissioners across the state.

More importantly, the memo shows the “black letter” legal authority for NM County Commissioners to withhold certification of post-election results when there is a breach of the public trust through continued use of highly vulnerable machines.

This has never never been about the law. This is a matter of courage, where commissioners simply need to stand up to tyranny.

I’ll make available a PDF copy that can serve as a template that may be helpful in your efforts to get rid of machines in your own state.

State Constitutions and election codes differ, so you will have to tailor, revise, subtract, and add relevant codes and arguments.

After the event tomorrow, I’m heading to Missouri and Arizona.

Many counties don’t require the use of voting machines. Clerks should put them in a closet and hand count! Tell your clerk to hand count in November, and mark their county here.
