A risk limiting audit showed that less than 80 votes were tabulated before a VOTE WAS SWITCHED.

The county clerk complained to the Secretary of State and FBI that her county FAILED the risk limiting audit.

The Secretary of State took NO ACTION and buried the clerk’s complaint.

The State Auditor Brian Colon also did NOTHING to investigate.

Tabulator system log files show a SOFTWARE MISMATCH in New Mexico.

It’s the same SOFTWARE MISMATCH observed in Antrim county where 7,000 votes were SWITCHED to Biden at the expense of Trump.

Once the Secretary of State found out we discovered the MISMATCH, she instructed all clerks to not disclose these public records.

State auditor Brian Colon has done NOTHING to investigate this major vulnerability.

User name on ALL the tabulators is the SAME throughout the ENTIRE state.

The password on ALL the tabulators is the SAME and extremely predictable.

Predictable, as in the password starts with “1” and simply proceeds in sequential order.

Even worse, there are uncertified off-the-shelf software programs on our Dominion machines that allow you to manipulate votes with NO PASSWORD required.

Malicious software allows for these tabulators to FILL OUT our ballots.

As reported earlier, the software even allows for the ovals to look as though they were imperfectly filled out by a human hand, rather than the machine.

Election Day poll book data was delivered to Santa Fe democrat candidate, Katharine Clark, throughout Election Day. Clark was on the ballot for the clerk race in Santa Fe. She was provided the poll book data DIRECTLY from the Secretary of State.

This is CRIMINAL.

The Election Day results in Santa Fe were then ZEROED out, manipulated, and then REAPPEAR in impossible fashion.

I have been contacted by a donor to #FightBack’s “New Mexico Audit Initiative,” that gave $10,000 dollars to the effort. A refund has been requested, and as of yet, not granted.

There is a digital record for all donations specifically allocated for the New Mexico audit. #FightBack knows exactly where donations come from and the amount.

A denial of a refund that conflates EchoMail/Dr. Shiva’s work in Arizona with New Mexico should result in a complaint with the proper legal authorities.

Dr. Shiva’s work in ARIZONA involved NO public solicitations, NO specific fundraising allocation, and NO dedicated landing page on #FightBack’s website. #FightBack never publicly represented that the New Mexico and Arizona initiatives were co-dependent.

With New Mexico’s audit, #FightBack publicly solicited donations on social media and email, had a specific allocation for NM, and a dedicated landing page. Demand your refund at FightBack.law or file a complaint at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13909.pdf.

The New Mexico Audit does not seek any disbursement of funds from #FightBack.

Volunteer auditors and experts will pay out of pocket as their contribution to saving the Republic.

But donors are entitled to a full refund consistent with the law.

I have asked for certain board members of #FightBack to refrain from contacting me.

This courtesy has not been respected. I have avoided all negative gossip surrounding the obvious and will continue to do so.

My legal fiduciary responsibility to donors is a different matter.

While I and others have experienced many defamatory accusations over the past few weeks, filing a lawsuit against a fellow believer is unbiblical, and frankly a waste of time and resources.

Moreover, I think it is wrong that defense of a lawsuit be born by #FightBack’s donors.

Not everyone can spend $40,000 a month on personal security, or defend multiple lawsuits with donor money.

Wrong is wrong. Right is right.

This is the last time I will publicly address #FightBack’s obligations under the law consistent with my fiduciary duty.
