Now it’s probably making sense why our Lt Gov not only hijacked my and Sophie’s lawsuit and threatened every county to not give us any data, but just this morning the AG’s office filed their SECOND MOTION TO DISMISS our case to get election data…. Is it just us or are these agencies PANICKING!

Exposure of truth is their biggest fear. But we will be their nightmare. We will not quit. We will win this. 🇺🇸

I have retracted my post with the video showing David Clements’s name not popping up in LexisNexis.

This afternoon I confirmed that the New Mexico Court system at the trial level is NOT part of the LexisNexis database. I had no reason, in my view, to anticipate that. I had operated on the assumption that because LEXIS-NEXIS had all 50 states in the database that it had all court levels in its database. In law school I hardly ever researched anything at the trial level. I was always looking for black letter law at the appellate level.

Be that as it may, that explains why my results for David Clements as an attorney in New Mexico came up empty. I suppose I would in part chalk my oversight up to a heat of the battle type of moment, following his presentation in North Carolina, which had irritated me. My irritation prompted me to look into him, and see what he had done as a trial lawyer. I was shocked at what I thought I’d found.

I was completely transparent in how I had conducted my research for the video. Flawed as it was, I did what I did in good faith. I did not explicitly accuse David of wrongdoing, but others have made potentially made false inferences about his work history on the basis of my screen recording.

I promised I would stand for truth, no matter what the truth turned out to be – even if the truth reveals me to have been mistaken. The truth here is that I did have some oversights in my research process.

While my actions were in good faith, I do apologize to David – and to all who read what I had posted – for any pain and confusion I might have caused.

Many prisoners are sharing their faith in remarkable ways.

The prisoners behind bars are ministering to those on the outside through their witness.

Unforgettable day yesterday.

There is so much power in people simply gathering together and sharing their faith.

A day of joy and restoration.

This Gospel “event” should be common place in a country founded on religious freedom.

It shouldn’t be an isolated event, but rather a way of life.

Christians simply meeting each other’s needs. No worry of “501(c)3” compliance, or churches constrained by a love of denominational fidelity rather than living out the adventure of following Christ.

Too much thinking, and not enough loving in today’s church.

Regardless of the multitude of differing denominations, God deserves our praise. Make time today, gather, and give it.

None of the Dominion machines currently used in New Mexico are in compliance with current EAC guidelines.

While guidelines are generally optional to follow, New Mexico chose to adopt and codify them, making the requirements legally MANDATORY.

We are in the midst of primaries, administering elections on uncertified machines in violation of the law.

Even worse, the Secretary of State and State Auditor have known about our non-compliance for OVER A YEAR. They delayed providing public records confirming this fact for over 8 months.

The same State Auditor, Brian Colon, is now running for Attorney General and promoting his efforts to shut down the Otero Audit with daily campaign ads. Colon will be on a ballot despite his massive failure to “audit” the SOS’s illegal inaction.

Corruption abounds with the Santa.
