Our nonprofit research group just made public a searchable database of +128k emails from the Biden Laptop. Never in American history has so much primary source evidence of criminality been available regarding the sitting pResident and his family.

The email database has received a fair amount of press: Zero Hedge, Newsmax , Fox Business, The Times (UK), Sky News, et al.

With the release of the email database, readers will be able to “fact-check” our (forthcoming) 590 page Report as they go along. The Report has taken twice as long as we expected, but it’s also twice as good, and it’s still under budget.

We were also the only nonprofit on Earth to publish the complete list of human traffickers involved in the Larry Ray sex cult. The list of traffickers was inadvertently posted to the public docket as Government Exhibit #3217. The list can be found here.

Two people have plead guilty to ballot harvesting in Arizona.

One is a Democrat politician who plead guilty to CONSPIRACY charges and is giving up the names of her accomplices.

Many thanks to those of you who helped us out in submitting that public documents request that was being ignored by the SOS. Her office finally found the time to fulfill the request after 8 months and a few dozen duplicate requests!

I see now why she didn't want to hand over the documents requested. They contained the letter above which states that NM law requires all election systems to comply with the most recent version of the EAC guidelines (VVSG 2.0).

Unfortunately, as the SOS explains, there are no election systems that comply with the most recent guidelines because the EAC has let the entire certification process lapse and there aren't even any certified testing laboratories in the country to tell us whether a voting system meets VVSG 2.0 or not.

So by law, the Dominion voting system is illegal to use in New Mexico and the SOS knows it!

We actually talked about this problem in our report we published in October 2021. It's just good to see the SOS admitting we are right in her own words.

Now it’s probably making sense why our Lt Gov not only hijacked my and Sophie’s lawsuit and threatened every county to not give us any data, but just this morning the AG’s office filed their SECOND MOTION TO DISMISS our case to get election data…. Is it just us or are these agencies PANICKING!

I have retracted my post with the video showing David Clements’s name not popping up in LexisNexis.

This afternoon I confirmed that the New Mexico Court system at the trial level is NOT part of the LexisNexis database. I had no reason, in my view, to anticipate that. I had operated on the assumption that because LEXIS-NEXIS had all 50 states in the database that it had all court levels in its database. In law school I hardly ever researched anything at the trial level. I was always looking for black letter law at the appellate level.

Be that as it may, that explains why my results for David Clements as an attorney in New Mexico came up empty. I suppose I would in part chalk my oversight up to a heat of the battle type of moment, following his presentation in North Carolina, which had irritated me. My irritation prompted me to look into him, and see what he had done as a trial lawyer. I was shocked at what I thought I’d found.

I was completely transparent in how I had conducted my research for the video. Flawed as it was, I did what I did in good faith. I did not explicitly accuse David of wrongdoing, but others have made potentially made false inferences about his work history on the basis of my screen recording.

I promised I would stand for truth, no matter what the truth turned out to be – even if the truth reveals me to have been mistaken. The truth here is that I did have some oversights in my research process.

While my actions were in good faith, I do apologize to David – and to all who read what I had posted – for any pain and confusion I might have caused.

Let’s unite to fix 2020.
