True the Vote

In Michigan, at the Detroit TCF Center, at 3:30 AM on November 4th, a black Hyundai Elantra and a white van delivered tens of thousands of ballots seven and a half hours after the 8:00 PM deadline.

Three hours later, at 6:31 AM, a batch of 149,772 votes was added to the count in Michigan with Joe Biden receiving 134,886 of those votes.

True the Vote has the capability of identifying the drivers of the white van and black Hyundai Elantra who dropped off those ballots at 3:30 AM at the Detroit TCF Center, and figuring out if those individuals had visited any of the ballot mules, stash houses, or non-profits involved in Michigan’s ballot trafficking ring.

Software could analyze their frequently visited locations to deduce who they are, where they live, and where they work to get a clearer picture of how they fit into this criminal ballot trafficking ring.

On election night, an observer at the Philadelphia Convention Center photographed approximately forty to fifty people entering the vote-counting center with backpacks, bags, and purses which were not checked by security at around 11:30 PM.

True the Vote could track the identity of every person who entered the Philadelphia Convention center at that time and builds out a pattern of life to see if they had any previous interactions with ballot mules, stash houses, or non-profits involved in Pennsylvania’s ballot trafficking ring.

At the very end I had to briefly address nonsense that the cases I tried as a prosecutor don’t exist because a certain recent law school graduate by the name of John Exum doesn’t know how to research case management systems.

Below, I provide a handful of cases that folks can enter into a public case lookup that verify some of the first degree murder convictions obtained during my career. There are more. I have entered appearances in over a thousand cases as a prosecutor.

I invited John Exum to join me on the livestream to discuss his research and misrepresentation of my career. He declined.

It is my understanding that John Exum shared his inept research to leaders in the NC audit movement to discredit me.

To sow seeds of doubt about me, whether John will admit it, does nothing but sow seeds of doubt in getting rid of the machines in North Carolina.

Why would anyone do this?

I don’t even live in North Carolina, and I’ve done more advocacy to fix 2020 than John, who resides there!

I don’t go looking for fights, but I’ll provide the receipts when necessary.

Also, this is Yuma County. Pima and Maricopa made up 7 of every 9 votes in the state.

I can find you enough fraud in the other counties to flip the state without touching Maricopa or Pima.

#FightBack has admitted that $58,000 was raised and specifically allocated for the NEW MEXICO audit.

For some unexplained reason, an independent award of $50,000 given to EchoMail for its work in ARIZONA, keeps being conflated with money allocated for NEW MEXICO.

Volunteers and experts have made peace with the fact that money from FightBack has been withheld wrongly.

While I am no longer a board member of FightBack, I maintain an ethical fiduciary duty to donors from the time I served. All other FightBack board members that served during that time (except one) will confirm that solicitations for the New Mexico Audit were distinct from money dispersed for Arizona.

Erin and I don’t charge a dime for the cause of fixing 2020, and will gladly pay out of pocket the tens of thousands of dollars from our personal bank account for the purchase of scanners, computers, and materials to continue audit work in eight NM counties and counting.

God has provided abundantly and will continue to do so.

With all that said, that doesn’t mean that donors should have to absorb the cost.

If you donated to #FightBack for the NEW MEXICO audit initiative, you have every right to demand a full refund.

Maintaining those funds for unallocated purposes could be construed as an illegal personal inurement. For example, amounts allocated to audits, but instead being spent on personal security to the tune of $40,000 a month for one FightBack board member is something you should be aware of.

I don’t grift.

I don’t charge a dime and money has no hold on me.

But donors are entitled to getting the benefit of what they donated to.

Demand a refund at FightBack.law.

You can inquire from current board members, including recent law school graduate John Exum and Lin Wood. I’m unsure if there are any other board members left.

The auditors and volunteers in New Mexico will be just fine.

Erin and an amazing team of volunteers in Los Alamos, NM scanned ALL of the physical ballots and envelopes yesterday in the county.

The process, chain of custody, was done by the book.

We have even more evidence collected.

As promised, we will continue to provide updates on multiple audits throughout New Mexico.

Finally, the next county commission meeting in Otero county will be held June 9th.

The fate of the machines will be voted on.

The people of Otero need to show up and make their voices heard.

The artificially inflated voter rolls in New Mexico are a disaster. In every county.
