Satan seeks to demoralize God's children.

His weapon of choice? Words of accusation rather than words of restoration.

It's a powerful weapon because we are sinners. Naturally, we constantly want to justify or defend ourselves, especially against a false witness.

Accuse, accuse, accuse.

Hold your ground. Say a prayer. Remember your target audience of one. Jesus Christ.

You won't be demoralized for long.

Christ died for every sin---the ones we commit----and those committed against us.

He never asks what sins you've committed, the number, or even how bad those sins are.

Satan and his ilk would leave you dead (eternally) in your trespasses.

Christ chose to love His enemies and restore them.

This life is so much easier when we aren't preoccupied with what people think about us.

Social media and "platforms" provide the perfect temptation to practice idolatry.

Avatars, "followers," tracking likes, views, etc.

There has never been a easier time to be ensnared by love of self.

If this platform has any value, it's when God is lifted up. God is infinitely valuable. Stray from God, and the value of anything we say or do plummets.

God's ways are incompatible with self-seeking.

"...make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody." - 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12.

God makes much of those who make much of Him.
