Was employed at dream job. Dream job became an incubator for Marxism.

Spoke out. Lost job.

After fighting off three frivolous investigations, I still have a law license, but the enemy seeks to attack any cause I attach my name to, to the detriment of potential clients.

You all stepped up and provided resources to my family with no strings attached. Humbled beyond belief, yet accusations of being a grifter are constant.

Communists have always been quite comfortable telling people how to spend money that isn't theirs. Judas, the original communist, did the same. He had the nerve to rebuke Jesus on not selling expensive perfume to distribute the proceeds to the poor. Yet, love of the poor was not in him. Just greed and taking a cut of whatever he could get his hands on.

We've tried our best to steward the resources given, and will continue to do so. They are God's, not ours.

Had many friends, or so I thought. Lost most where I live, but found many new friends across the country. It's been a fair exchange. Public scrutiny is a toll most friendships do not have to endure.

I don't know how much longer I will be able to travel, speak, and subject my wife and kids to a life that is so devoid of structure and stability. We'll never quit the good fight, but we're struggling to find that balance. I'll honor all events I've committed to through July. We will see all of our current audit efforts through.

I miss the routine of what I used to take for granted. A good morning workout, coffee, breakfast with the family, time to read a book purely for enjoyment, or an occasional evening out with friends.

I wouldn't change the past year and a half. Lessons have been learned, and we've made so much progress as a nation.

Everything in me wants to get off social media, but my platform may be the only thing I have at my disposal to earn my keep.

Unless an unexpected door opens, I will continue on with the Professor's Record. I'll continue to do interviews that I think will educate folks on fixing 2020. I'll likely do more short videos on my thoughts on current events.

And I'd like to venture off into conversations that aren't necessarily election related, but edifying for restoring our culture.

Haven't figured out how in the world any of this is going to occur, but prayers for wisdom are greatly desired.

Draza’s RI analysis is huge. This is proof what we see on TV is a ridiculous show with almost no tie to reality. And the votes are shuffled in the Cast Vote Record. The machines tell on themselves.

I am so grateful our smallest state today. Because the entire state is smaller than many counties in other states, they do things a little more efficiently there, including counting all of their statewide votes with a single system that produces a STATEWIDE CVR.

So, I have been saying for a while now that I have been confused about the fact that none of our counties/precincts can give a good explanation of how Edison and Scytl and SP are getting the election data to the NYT, etc. for election night reporting and CALLING THE RACES ON!

But, I believe these companies know the playbook and just provide a probabilistic model to the viewers at home - so how can you question the results? You watched them come in live on TV! All the while the mules and machines and NGO's with electronic access to the voter rolls/poll books are working magic on the real votes have them end in the same place.

Well, let's look at RI now.

So, here is the results as we saw them election night for the State of Rhode Island! This is how the ratio of Trump to Biden votes were reported by the news to all of us sitting at home on election night.

That Drop towards Biden looks a little funny right there after FL was called for Trump, doesn't it?

Here are the actual votes for each candidate that were reported over time. Did you realize little Rhode Island had their very own "F curve"?

Well, actually it looks kind of like a snake in the grass...

So - now we have the CVR data to see what the MACHINE says about how the votes counted up. Before I show the plot, remember what we have learned through the work by Jeff O'Donnell on finding the two sets of books in the database. And my theory that they reshuffle the database to push those muled in votes that come in just under the wire forward in time to make it look like they were always there.

This produces a distinctive curve with a drop and then a scoop (which Dr. D has termed the "Biden Boost" and then the votes float back upwards to the final setpoint, with corrections here and there. Right?

Well, even here in RI where it would be totally obvious, the machines could not help themselves. It is in their code.

So - here is what the machine told us with the CVR report of how the ratio of votes ACTUALLY *cough, cough* came in for Rhode Island over time.

The blue graph below shows the precinct index that each ballot came in from. This is term I have developed for places that do not have numbered precincts. I take the list of precincts and record the precincts in order as they show up as precincts 1,2,3... and then I can plot them. Anyone that is interested - I can provide you my precinct name-to-number key.

But what is notable here is - just like in other places, ALL the precincts report in at the very beginning (REPRESENT!) and then are shuffled to look almost too perfectly randomized with keeping some from every precinct in the back pocket to add at the end of counting.

But - remember - if we were getting in votes perfectly randomized from all over the state - would the Law of Large Numbers dictate that this rollercoaster would be the shape we would expect?

And - if you could possible believe it, just look how evenly over time the votes came in for each candidate!! No snakes in the grass here...just in the programmers' seats.

And - believe it or not - those RI Patriots collected more data - interim reports of vote counts, etc. NOTHING MATCHES, not the news data, to the machine data to the SecState data - sure , they all end up in the same place after a month or 2 of making "corrections"

This is the kind of stuff I routinely miss when I am away.

We keep TV and videogames to a bare minimum. And when they are available, the 1980s rule the day.

My bride crunches data day and night at the dining room table. We are wrapping up many audits. She has suffered much abuse in this fight. It's hard to watch. Kids are hanging in there, but how we are parenting is not sustainable, and hasn't been for quite some time.

Everytime I leave, it compounds the stress.

Just have to adapt to changes, and figure out how to be more efficient, and better scale the message of fixing 2020.

I've met tens of thousands of people across the country. Been to 35 states in person the last calendar year. Provided virtual counsel to all 50 at one point or another.

But I think we can reach more people by producing shareable content without the constant travel demands.

THE RISK LIMITING AUDIT

Many Secretaries of State perform Risk Limiting Audits (RLAs) following every election. It's the reason they will tell you you're crazy when you want to see the records and equipment from your elections.

The RLA is a computer-programmed farce of an exercise, where a computer "randomly" selects a tiny number of ballots (like 39 ballots out of 22,000). Then this tiny stack of ballots is run through a Dominion tabulator and recounts a fraction of the races on that ballot (like 2 races out of 20).

Then the votes for those two races are also hand tallied. The hand-tally and tabulator results should match.

The scenario I just described was performed in Chaves County, NM in November 2020. And the tabulator was UNABLE to recount 2 races on 39 ballots without FLIPPING A VOTE.

True to her corrupt nature, the NM SOS opened up no investigation to figure out what went wrong, she did not even require the ballots processed on that tabulator to be recounted. She needs to resign.

Now extrapolate a flipped vote for every 39 ballots in a county with 22,000 ballots. Winners and losers in local elections are being selected on these machines.

Check out the date this public documents request was sent. We just got notice that they want ANOTHER extension.

The NM SOS has been stalling OVER EIGHT MONTHS to hand over emails between her office, Dominion, and the counties that showed the most cheating in the data.

Why would that be do you suppose?

Back to Draza's amazing reveal about Rhode Island from earlier in the day.

She is showing how when you plot the total votes for each candidate as they were accumulating on TV on election night, you'll notice that Trump was in the lead all night, then there was a massive injection of Biden votes at the end - just like we saw in MI, PA, GA, etc.

You can make the same plot for the votes as they're stored in the state's Election Management System (EMS). But in the EMS record you'll notice that the Biden votes that were really injected at the end of counting are now spread out so it doesn't look like there was a massive Biden ballot dump.

If elections were honestly counted, reported, and recorded, then the two plots would have the same shape. But they don't.

Dominion software shuffles stuffed votes into the record to spread them out and make them look natural. So if anyone checks later, it won't look like obvious ballot stuffing.

Lol… we ran a bit test of telegram after seeing people leaving channels. It is happening to all of them. It is actually BOT accounts. A lot of them. What I find interesting and sad is that tech companies are just dishonest about everything… they let evil thrive, and lie about their reach and what people think…

This is why I like Truth Social. They took their time, and only let real people in. Integrity in operations should mean something. Some say it took too long, I would say, doing it right takes time.
