This is a hand-tally sheet. It’s an official SOS form used for hand counting ballots.

You may not know that ALL counties use these EVERY election for some of their ballots. For example damaged ballots, provisional ballots, and certain absentee ballots all get hand tallied.

Clerks and their staff know how to use these procedures. These procedures are legal and fully approved by the SOS.

When we go to County Commission meetings and ask them to listen to the will of the people and stop using untrustworthy machines to process their elections, we are asking them to do something that is perfectly legal and within their power.

The County Commissions are the authority that has to certify elections in their county. It is a violation of their oath of office to certify elections they know are being processed on faulty, vulnerable equipment.

The law requires County Commissioners be true to their oath of office, and represent the will of the people. The law never requires anyone be complicit in a crime.

Special interest groups and lobbyists write far more laws, regulations, and code, than your legislators do.

Dominion and ESS are special interest groups in the field of elections.

Corrupt laws are written to insulate and protect machine providers from investigation, or to look at their machines and source code.

Laws have been written since the adoption of the machines, that seek to destroy autonomy of counties, and to confer more power to centralized authorities like state election boards.

North Carolina and Iowa, like many other states, have developed a body of law that weakens "We the People" by adding layers of unaccountable beauracracy.

At the end of the day, it won't be a set of magic legal words falling on the deaf ears of commissioners or judges that will deliver us from tyranny.

It won't be a well crafted press release that will be ignored or buried in a propaganda newspaper that saves us either.

What will deliver North Carolinians and Iowans is courage and persistence in face of cowardice and corruption.

The commissions issue certification of their elections in their respective counties.

As a constitutional matter, commissions are conferred with concurrent jurisdiction to oversee the integrity of their local elections. Constitutional authority is superior to the bogus laws drafted by special interest groups.

Commissions can use existing legal practices on the books now to hand tabulate ballots and refrain from using the machines.

At a bare minimum, the county commission can withhold certification, which is a constitutional power that belongs exclusively to them, not an unaccountable state board of elections.

The prescription is courage and persistence, not a lack of knowledge regarding black letter law.

Commissions will tell you that their hands are tied, much like they and the legislatures did after the November 3, election.

They will try and punt all responsibility to another branch of government.

That's what they do.

You have to go back to these meetings and be relentless. They don't fear you because they don't think you'll be relentless.

In Surry County, the three speakers were given a total of one hour to present before the commission.

Not much time for what needed to be conveyed from an evidentiary, intellectual, and emotional standpoint. Advocacy requires all three to be covered.

Why were we limited to such a short period of time?

Because the commission did not want us there.

With twenty minutes allocated to each, tough choices had to be made on how much, or what should be shared.

The commission declined to ask a single question or engage in any debate over the law, because their minds were made up before they sat down.

There was a timer with an alarm. No questions, followed by a terse and abrupt end to the meeting.

I was close enough to see the glazed over stares from the commission to know what would transpire at the end of the meeting.

Now I'm hearing from a few 20/20 hindsight critics that live in North Carolina but didn't even show up to the meeting! They are now chiming in with what they would have done.

Yet, they weren't there. And thus did nothing.

I flew across the country for a total of 20 minutes because I care about the folks in Surry County. All that, after visiting and training patriots in three counties in other states prior to that meeting. And I provided all of my services for free.

I would love for my critics to show me how it's done, rather than complain about my efforts, when they show so little effort of their own.

We have an abundance of keyboard warriors that sit on their asses all day, and a shortage of workers.

Great minds think alike.

To my critics, I think Dominion and ESS would love to hire you.

Because you are certainly helping them more than "We the People."

Keep playing in the playground they built for you. That's where they want you.

The battle must be fought under the doctrine of separation of powers, nullification, and constitutional authority, not a bunch of unaccountable administrative codes written by Dominion and ESS.

Idle chatter and the criticism of do-nothing keyboard warriors is poison.

Real work --- getting out and talking with your neighbors and community, showing up with persistence and demanding accountability from your public servants is the antidote.

Duty is ours.

Results are God's.

Why is it that in every county citizens can find widespread election fraud, but county officials who are in charge of their elections, with access to MORE data than the citizens, DON'T find it?

Obviously, they aren't even looking.

But isn't that their job?

So, if you are finding fraud in your county (not hard to do, there is so much of it) and your officials are not, then SUE YOUR OFFICIALS for their surety bonds for being derelict in their duty.

Life can be a long hard journey.

Love, forgive, grow, endure, ask to be forgiven, rinse, repeat, etc.

To hate is to be a slave to that hatred.

I'm not into slavery or letting hate lay hold of my heart.

Christ has my heart.

Focus on the Gospel in all your endeavors, even in fixing 2020.
