We are all tired and weary.

Today is one of those days, where I'm asking God, "have enough of your children learned their lesson? Have enough of us confronted, contemplated, and repented of our sins that brought our country to the brink?"

In all honesty, my family is wiped out emotionally and physically. Our kids, home, and relationships, yearn for a new season. A season of victory, justice, and God's goodness.

Spiritually, we are on the rock of Jesus Christ. Pain and discomfort provides invaluable resources to keep close to Him.

One day at a time.

So today, we are paying close attention to Couy Griffin's case. We need a victory and a miracle that we can shout from the rooftops.

Preliminary reports indicate Couy was found not guilty on disorderly conduct but guilty on criminal trespass.

Not a miracle worthy of shouting from the rooftops.

To be guilty of trespass when Couy didn't go into the capitol.

Come Lord Jesus.

A misdemeanor that will allow a court to get it's probationary hooks into a patriot.

Misdemeanors are minor in the grand scheme of things, but injustice is injustice.

Between 2020-2022 The Foundation Center claims that 2,180 grants were provided worth $646.7MM from 575 Funders in the US to 973 Recipient organizations with respect to Campaigns, Election and Voting "causes".

Are you as astonished as I am to the wash of money being distributed to these groups? For what? Are these organizations giving this money away with no expectations?

“NOW: Cowboys for Trump leader Couy Griffin has been found guilty of illegally entering a restricted area on Jan. 6, but was acquitted of disorderly conduct. Both were misdemeanors carrying up to a year in prison. He'll be sentenced on June 17 at 2pm.”


“McFadden says the govt's video evidence est'd Griffin progressed to the west terrace, led a prayer, departed some time later — he repeatedly called on people to kneel, arguably trying to calm them down, not rile them up”

Couy Griffin was found guilty of being here on January 6. You know who else was here? Like maybe a half a million people.

What principle is established by Couy's verdict?

To peacefully petition your government in a public place is a crime.

The real criminals were inside the capitol.

Congressmen and women, and US Senators that stood by and let the greatest crime in our nation's history go unchecked.

I was a prosecutor that was good at sending folks to jail.

I have never been so sickened by the lack of any real advocacy from federal defenders, the ACLU, or even state public defenders that could use their platforms to defend the innocent.

Defend a murderer? No problem.

Defend a Trump supporter. Silence.

So ashamed of my profession.

Violations of Brady v. Maryland, Giglio, and many other established court precedents took place in the withholding of exculpatory evidence, as well as the identities of FBI informants, that lied about, enticed, and orchestrated the truly criminal acts of J6.

A real prosecutor would have never touched the J6 cases.

You always have a choice in life.

I would never choose a career that is unjustifiably built upon the misery of others.

A curse be upon these prosecutors, seeking comfort over justice.

Jesus died for our sins.

Jesus was blameless. Spotless. Innocent.

He took the place of sinful humanity.

While Couy Griffin is not Jesus, he was innocent and blameless at the J6 protest.

Oh, how I wish we could model Christ's sacrifice, and pay the unjust debt owed in the here and now.

Lord Jesus come quickly.
