Good morning friends.

Last night's event was wonderful.

Unfortunately, because of the persecution churches are facing in New York, we could not advertise the event's address to the public.

Regardless, through word of mouth, we had about 150 patriots show up.

Movements with unrelenting truth-tellers are started this way. Encouraged by those I met, and I spent quality time with Daniel of New York Audit Force. He is a wonderful man with a wonderful testimony.

We'll continue throughout the state with three more stops tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday.

I'm about halfway through day 5 of my fast. Water, black coffee, and unsweetened tea only. Minerals too.

My day yesterday started at 2:30 am to catch an early flight out of NM, and I visited with NY patriots until about midnight. In typical NY fashion, the guys at the diner told me I look terrible and to eat some Italian food!

I was too tired to post last night. But after a good night's sleep and a hot shower, I'm feeling well enough to continue.

I don't have any set goals, just going day by day, but will continue to pray about it. Thinking about our J6 prisoners and what they have given up, and knowing what they are denied gives me needed perspective.

I received a phone call from Gregg Kirchhoefer and Mary Fanning last night.

I was told to immediately retract the Beach Life posting above and apologize, or that I would be "awaking a sleeping giant."

Gregg advised me that I don't want to get on the wrong side of the 3,000 attorneys over at the Kirkland law firm.

I don't take threats well. Subtle, implied, or overt.

Republishing questions based in fact posted by another is not defamatory.

I invited Gregg and Mary to follow through on their threats.

I don't know about you, but I think it's highly relevant that Gregg's law firm was integral to the 400 million dollar capital raise for Dominion Voting. And that Mary was the executive producer on the documentaries tasked with exposing these very machines.

That doesn't make sense to me. We need transparency and answers.

Will I be intimidated?

We should ask Mary Fanning (aka - Mary Fanning Kirchhoefer, wife to Gregg Kirchhoefer, lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis). Did she disclose to Mike Lindell, who paid her as executive director for “Absolute Proof”, of her close ties to Kirkland & Ellis?

Gregg Kirchhoefer and Mary Fanning-Kirchhoefer's not-so-subtle threat to file a lawsuit against me with their 3,000 attorneys aka the "sleeping giant" is laughable.

I know defamation law. I'm a subject matter expert. I've personally handled defamation cases, including the frivolous ones. Taught it at university.

To threaten someone that is a defamation expert, that can represent himself, loves trial, and has probably done more trials than anyone at Kirkland Ellis is not wise.

Kirkland Ellis has zero chance of prevailing on the law. And zero interest in the public exposure this lawsuit would provide.

The fact that I don't have a job, deep pockets, or any wealth to speak of makes their threats even more laughable.

Lawfare doesn't work against folks that can represent themselves and love trial.

Perhaps they can try and take my super sweet 2002 Buick.

God fights my battles for me. I just delight in watching Him work.
