Protect NM Voter Integrity - The Nm Senate Rules Committee will hear SB8 and it would seriously compromise our voting system in NM. Some of it's provisions include:

Section 2 – Allows 16- and 17-year-olds to vote in local elections.
Section 3 - Requires state agencies (including benefits, services, and MVD) to automatically register voters without consent. After they are registered, new voters will receive a notice allowing them to decline the voter registration or, if not already designated, select a political party.
Section 4 - Allows Secretary of State to provide list of unregistered voters to third parties.
Section 10 – Allows voters to be placed on a Permanent Absentee Voter list.

This Bill will be heard in the Senate Rules Committee on Friday Feb 4 at 9am. Two ways you can help:

Attend the Senate Rules meeting on Friday Feb 4 (either in-person or on Zoom) to give a public comment opposing SB8. (They will require proof of C19 vaccination or exemption with proof of recent negative test for in-person attendance.) Meeting starts at 9am.

The NM Legislature is trying to get Senate Bill 8 through committee. SB8 seeks to codify the fraudulent practices of 2020 and make them permanent.

Thus far, no one has been called to testify against the bill until now.

New Mexico Audit Force will present in a few minutes.

Please pray that the bill would not make it out of committee and for the truth to come to light.

Some provisions in the bill.

Allows 16 and 17 year olds to vote in local elections.

Allows the Secretary of State to provide list of unregistered voters to third parties (she is already providing lists to far left groups illegally).

Allows voters to be placed on a Permanent Absentee Voter list.

The godless commies in the NM Legislature are desperately trying to create a larger "line of credit" to artificially inflate the voter rolls.

Based on the massive fraud we've identified, they have reached their limit, hence the need to add 16 and 17 year olds to the voter rolls. With a greater "line of credit," they can continue to select their preferred candidates.

Right now the queer and trans group Equality NM is advocating for 16 year olds to be added to the voter rolls.
