Cyber Ninjas, the company behind Maricopa County's audit of the 2020 election results is shutting down.

This comes as a judge said he will fine the company $50,000 a day if the firm doesn't immediately turn over public records related to the audit.

The judge found Cyber Ninjas in contempt for its failure to turn over documents in response to a lawsuit filed by the Arizona Republic Newspaper.

The company maintains it is a private company that isn't subject to the public records law. A representative says all employees have been let go.

I am extremely proud of the work America's Audit Force has done across the country.

Over the next few days, I will highlight accomplishments of each active state organization, and will look for ways to improve all aspects of how we audit and canvass.

NM Audit Force funded the printing and delivery of the report to every county clerk and sheriff in the state.

The report has led to major breakthroughs in several counties.

The cost to "We the People" was virtually nothing. Transparency is a hallmark of our operation, as the report was provided to the public free of charge as soon as it was completed.

Beware of those that claim that Shiva is damaging the AZ audit by exposing the shoddy work of Jeffry "Fooled-ya" Pulitzer.

The AZ election was not decertified because Doug Logan failed to call for it back in September (and because Senator Karen Fann said she wouldn't decertify it).

There have been zero arrests.

A lot of personal attacks are being levied at Shiva, but not the analysis he provided Thursday night.

The timing of the personal attacks is curious.

For 208 years New Hampshire has hand counted their elections. In the largest election in New Hampshire’s history there was 814,000 people who voted. We have multiple towns in our state that use machines with less than 500 voters!! It is time to go back to our original heritage and hand count! William Gardner NH’s SoS, stated it will cost the state in total $150,000 to hand count. Which will save the state a tremendous amount of money!!! Although hand counting is more work, yes, but after all freedom is not free. The military literally puts their life on the line for you everyday I think one day every year to protect your voice it is worth the sacrifice to hand count!!! We’re talking one night every year!!!

These machines are not needed with our small precincts. When you learn the truth about these machines I gaurantee you would never use them to count your money never mind your most sacred right!!! Fight for your freedom and take back your voice! The time is now!!!

Keep in mind, the images examined during this interview were provided by Jovan as some of his strongest work. I can only imagine the forthcoming analysis of the work that has not yet been produced to the public.

Looking for Maricopa audit findings, or the recent disappearance of Doug Logan's Cyber Ninjas, is a lot like looking for hidden treasure.

And no, I didn't "create" the above book cover image. It's a real book, authored by none other than Commander Pulitzer. I didn't realize Jeffry served in the military. Here is another example.

It's essentially the same book, though there are 50 of them, repackaged with a different cover. What a great way to make money.

Kind of like those Maricopa canvass reports that were repackaged as "kinematic artifact detection" reports, then provided with the label "Tesla Laboratories."

I spoke with Cyber Ninjas Doug Logan tonight.

I commend Doug for calling and having the courage to answer my questions. Doug is affable and civil.

But regardless of his affable nature, the conversation confirms what I suspected, and I stand by my previous assertions.

The Maricopa audit was infiltrated, co-opted, and neutralized to have minimal effect.

This is tragic as there are so many honest, good, and honorable folks that worked on the audit with integrity.

Those efforts were sabotaged by key members of the AZ Senate, and the America Project.

I believe Doug Logan was neutralized from the outset. This doesn't make him a bad person, but his agreeable nature made him the perfect target to control, manipulate, and whittle away at.

The result was an incomprehensible report, where the author was intimidated from using the word "fraud."

The result was an author that was convinced he could not recommend decertification because he didn't have 100% of the necessary election items that were subpoenaed.

In other words, bad actors that destroyed and hid evidence dictated the end result we all witnessed.

Thus, the 100% evidentiary standard created by Doug Logan was a death sentence for your electoral voices.

Because his standard didn't take into account that destruction of evidence, in and of itself, should be the primary grounds to decertify.

Finally, I was informed that Jovan's findings were not incorporated into the final Maricopa report because his work did not meet an acceptable standard of quality. Thus, he was not asked to testify either.

For those waiting for Jovan's final report or testimony to make an impact on the AZ Senate, it won't. The Senate already announced their decision to not even attempt a vote to decertify. This decision was made months ago.

Instead, they are working on legislation that cannot, and will not, fix the real problem, because they never got the routers and splunk logs necessary to identify and solve the real problem to begin with.

The damnable Dominion machines are the primary culprit of how our voices were stolen.

Unless a miracle occurs in AZ, voters will be voting on Dominion machines in the next primary, in another rigged (s)election.

Time to turn the heat up folks.
