The Clements are preparing their hearts and minds to celebrate the birth of Christ.

And Erin and I received one of the greatest gifts we could have hoped for yesterday.

My daughter Eleanor made a profession of faith in Christ.

What proceeded the profession?

Eleanor had a nightmare. In it, she found herself in a haunted house. A grandmotherly figure would invite her into a room, and told her she "would be fine."

Eleanor could discern the figure was getting uglier and uglier. And the rooms had eery figures in them.

Each time, Eleanor said no, but the figure persisted. "You will be fine."

Finally, Eleanor rebuked the lady by stating, "In the name of Jesus, go!"

The house was filled with light. The grandmotherly figure and scary things fled.

Eleanor awoke, shaken, and crawled into bed with her mother and relayed what happened. Eleanor knew that Jesus saved her in the dream. In the morning we talked more.

She asked Jesus into her heart. Christ was born into the world for such a reason. Amen.

I've attended many a different church service at many a different denomination throughout the year.

I try my best to do as I'm instructed. Gather with other believers and worship the Lord God, with all my heart, mind, and soul.

Today, however, I'm admittedly struggling with a level of frustration with the church.

Personally, I can't recall a pastor at anytime this year, discussing the most consequential event of our time. The outright theft of our elections. The theft of our voices.

It is objectively clear by any metric, that the church is going through the motions and avoiding a topic that desperately needs their leadership.

Likewise, token lip service has been given to the medical tyranny we've experienced. But usually, what we hear is a weak theological justification for the church not exercising it's authority, instead of outright defiance.

When churches spend more time talking about the next phase of a building plan, how to be more seeker sensitive, or why they are putting communion is plastic containers, while ignoring that "Rome," i.e. our society, is literally burning to the ground, it angers me.

Pastors, it should grieve you that people are coming to the lay person for hope, more than you. Whether it's a trial attorney, a fired law professor, or a combat soldier.

We'll keep doing it, while many who claim a pastoral calling continue to go through the motions.

Church, are you truly teaching, exhorting, and applying the Scriptures to the specific things happening around us? Or are you still clinging to the idol of comfort?

Can or will you say from the pulpit the election was stolen?

How can you read the wisdom contained in the book of Proverbs, and still be woefully ignorant of how are voices were stolen?

Please church, exercise your authority.

If the church rises, this all ends now.

It's that time of year.

My last minute push to earn a year's worth of continuing legal education credits, all while paying a small fortune to renew my license.

The CLEs are loaded with all the Marxist wokeness you would expect.

Ordinarily, I wouldn't have thought much about maintaining my license.

But this year, I was investigated by the State Bar after several frivolous complaints were filed by political operatives to strip me of that license.

The State Bar's investigation was punitive, would have cost me significant amounts of money if I didn't represent myself, and was a giant waste of time.

Nothing like maintaining a license in a profession that wants to strip it from you.

Moreover, I've had to advise prospective clients that it would be against their interests to retain me because of my stand against election corruption due to judicial bias.

Let that sink in for a second. In my three years as a law professor, I was nominated twice for my college's highest teaching award, winning it this past year. And in the past I was recognized as the "prosecutor of the year" in my district, with letters of recommendation from judges praising my skill and character in the courtroom.

But because I have fought to fix 2020... those days are long gone.

No use bemoaning my station.

When God decides to vindicate His Name, administer justice, and see treasonous scum pay, the world will make sense again.

Until then, keep plugging.

Please forgive my less than inspirational posts of late.

I don't do well during the holidays.

Folks usually shut it down for a few days before Christmas, through the New Year, especially in the government sector.

We've got audits and canvassing to get done and time's a wastin'.

My New Years resolution is simple.

To get better at everything related to fixing 2020.

Truth-tellers welcome transparency, tough questions, and discourse. Liars don't.

I'm in the middle of an ethics seminar. If you ever need a good laugh, spend 2 hours listening to lawyers talk about ethics.
Continued prayers of protection for many out there.

I'm still a bit shocked at the intensity of the Dallas ReAwaken Tour organizers attempt to reassure everyone that nothing happened at their event.

I'm of the mind that honesty is the best policy, even when bad news negatively affects the plans of otherwise good people.

To be clear, I know many in the Clay Clark camp to be good, decent, and honest people.

But those that attended and organized the event know that something happened.

I just wish the same intensity applied to informing everyone that nothing happened, would be marshalled to getting to the bottom of what actually happened. Avoiding hard topics does not kill the spirit of fear. Confronting ugly truths, however, does.

Jovan Hutton Pulitzer has come forward and described his first hand account, and it sounds horrible. Joe Oltmann has provided his first hand account. They have identified a dozen or so others on their respective platforms that became very ill. The consensus is that none became ill through a Covid-19 like virus, but rather their symptoms reflected a bacterial agent.

Now I'm seeing reports that a suspicious package has been sent to Bobby Piton. Another report was provided by Ivan Raiklin about someone he knows.

Please continue to lift up everyone in prayer that is fighting to fix 2020.
