This isn’t even the best influence peddling example between Tucker and Hunter. My favorite is when Hunter dispatches Tucker to cuss out the editor of Breitbart for their publication’s exposure of Hunter’s Ashley Madison account, a site which faciliates “affairs for married people”

Is this money laundering? Of course not. Otherwise illegal? Nope. Just pathetic and indicative of the uniparty ways of DC. Tucker actively sided and covered for Hunter Biden’s infidelity, and even screamed at a Breitbart editor for talking about it.

If you are involved in a crime with another person, then there are usually three possible crimes you can be charged with:
Conspiracy. Conspiracy refers to agreements made before the commission of the crime.
Accessory. Accessory liability attaches when one aids and abets the present carrying out of a crime.
Accessory after the fact. You usually see this when individuals help conceal, destroy, or cover for those that already committed the more egregious crime.
The difference between these three charges is simply timing.
Let's focus on accessory for a minute.
In a bank robbery, you could have a defendant holding up the bank teller at gunpoint, a defendant on lookout, and a getaway driver.
Though only one of the defendants is pointing a gun and threatening the bank teller by demanding money to be placed in the bag, the other players, could be charged as if they were "standing in the shoes" of the person holding the gun.
In other words, being charged as an accessory places the defendant on notice that he or she could be charged as if they were the principal actor in the more heinous acts carried out during a crime.
For example, on one particular murder trial I handled as co-counsel, a drug trafficking organization hunted down a man with the intent to murder him.
When he was found, only one of the members actually shot him. The victim was shot in the head. Here, the triggerman was the "principal" agent of the victim's demise.
Three other members of the organization were present, but did not pull the trigger.
Do we only have one murder charge?
No. We have four.
The three that did not pull the trigger were charged as accessories, and thus could "stand in the shoes" of the principal.
All four were convicted of first degree murder through the mechanism of accessory liability.
And all four will never experience life outside of a cage.
The three bystanders were not charged with loitering, but murder.
When I think of the variety of ways of how the election was stolen, how our votes were trafficked, and how, even now, innocent lives are being destroyed, I look to the law and desire that justice be done.
Justice will be done.
Just thinking out loud.

Jacob Lang Interview with Megan Fox (WSYR)—🔗Voice Interview
Jacob Lang was locked away without bail in solitary for nearly a year for beating the police on January 6th. Now we know it is in self-defense and not an unprovoked attack on the police.
The Patriots were defending themselves against police brutality. It was a conflict the Patriots did not start but had to respond either by fighting or fleeing. Some, like Jacob, did not flee but stayed to rescue others who were beaten!
Jacob took beatings and pepper spray to his face trying to rescue Rosanne Boyland. He was unable to pull her out from under "the dog pile." She died at the hands of the Police, though they tried falsely blame her death on a drug overdose.
Jacob was able to save his friend, Philip Anderson, by pulling him to safety despite the Police's onslaught.
The government needs to be held accountable for instigating violence on January 6th!

There is no saving our Republic without knowing the one true Savior.
All good things are accomplished through Him.
Though I get many requests to do so, I will not separate my faith from efforts to fix 2020.
And I won't follow just anyone into battle, especially when we are fighting for the soul of our nation.
I will follow, and labor with, those that have placed their trust and faith in Jesus Christ.
This doesn't mean I won't reason with, advocate, pray for, love, or work around those that fundamentally reject my faith, or are still on the fence.
It simply means I won't tether myself to the untethered. Or bow to the idols of arbitrary "tolerance," or the cheap pragmatic message of "unity."
A foundation built on pragmatism is like building on sand. Whatever is placed on top won't hold.
Christ is the rock on which everything good is built.
The only hope for our nation, is to build upon the rock.

Was told that my friend & brother in Christ, Pastor Bruce Delay, died last night.
He’d been in critical care from the China bioweapon since early October.
He was the one spotlighted by Ann Vandersteel & others for the hospital he was in refusal to allow ivermectin. The protocols only allowed for remdisivir.
We know from Scripture, that Bruce was immediately in the presence of Jesus Christ.
He leaves behind a loving family, a large bevy of patriot friends, and millions of fellow Christians wanting to go Home.
Believe the gospel.
Amen.
Now, go to war.
