Robert Palmer went to the capital on January 6th in the hopes that Congress would do their duty and investigate the massive reports of election fraud. Though Robert did not enter the capitol, he was shot by capitol police with rubber bullets and sprayed with teargas. In self-defense, Robert picked up a fire extinguisher and threw it at those that shot him. After the protest Robert returned home to Florida.

In March, MSNBC SNAKE News called Robert, and advised that he was on the FBI wanted list, and requested comment.

After consulting with an attorney, Robert turned himself in on 3/18/21. For 2 1/2 weeks, he was in protective custody in inhumane conditions. Leaking ceiling. Wet floors. Clogged toilet. Clogged sink. The guards would turn on the lights in the middle of the night, and blast music so he and the other inmates could not sleep. Inmates held for serious crimes unrelated to the capitol would throw their feces and urine at our political protestors. Robert was eventually granted bail and returned back to Florida.
