(1) My professional identity and livelihood.

To the extent I have garnered attention and a platform, it was in large part due to having credentials.

Law professor.

Longtime prosecutor.

I told "We the People" you aren't crazy.

If what you observed about Nov. 3rd and January 6th "felt off," it was because there was good reason for feeling that way.

I lended my credentials and experience to explain "why" as best I could.

Like you, I've refined what I've learned, and connected more dots.

But the enemy was upset.

Faculty email list serves reaching thousands, were used by Marxist faculty on a daily basis to accuse me of being a dangerous political right winger out of step with the masses.

I had some success in getting the list serve shut down after demonstrating is was being used to legally defame me.

Next, Marxist faculty filed a university complaint against me for committing "microaggressions." I had to defend myself before the Office of Institutional Equity.

I got the complaint dismissed.

During the Cyber Symposium, I called out Dominion, Perkins Couie, and Marc Elias.

Three complaints were filed with the State Bar within two weeks of the Symposium to strip me of my law license. It appeared that the investigators we're getting "talking points" and legal ammunition from Perkins Couie. I pointed this out publicly, and privately, to my investigator, and wouldn't you know, all three complaints were dismissed.

Perhaps the investigators did not want me to use discovery to determine whether they were in possession of correspondence with Perkins Couie lawyers. Perhaps, they did not want me to ask members of the public to file a complaint against my interrogators for their misconduct. I may never know.

I suspect they dismissed the complaints because they could get to me another way.

They knew the University initiated termination proceedings against me for not taking the jab, not wearing a mask, and not being a lab rat.

Add one-sided press in the local newspaper that depicted me as an unvaccinated danger to my students, and the enemy got the desired result.

I was fired.

I don't get to hold myself out as a law professor.

My professional identity was taken.

And my ability to earn an income has been drastically limited.

The enemy did not count on Joe Oltmann creating a lifeline for my family through a GiveSendGo account.

And more importantly, the enemy did not count on your generosity, love, and prayerful support of my family.

As a result, I have been afforded some freedom of how I proceed professionally.

My goal is to fix 2020.

It's not to be a podcaster, though I will do podcasts from time to time.

It's not to be a speaker at events, though I will speak at events from time to time.

It's not to be a contributor on tv shows, though I will contribute on tv from time to time.

If 2020 is fixed, professional opportunities will present themselves.

If we don't fix 2020, I don't care much about whether I practice law in a lawless society.

My work on the November 3, 2020 Audit movement.

I have been an unabashed cheerleader of all patriots working towards full forensic audits.

The enemy does not want us to be successful in getting full forensic audits in all 50 states.

If audit channels are unsuccessful in being effective, they are left alone.

If they are effective, the enemy will seek to infiltrate, sow seeds of division, with members of these channels being consumed with paranoia and infighting, rather than getting data analyzed, walk lists generated, canvasses initiated, and correspondence written to elected leadership.

Initially, I was a vocal cheerleader of America First Audits. I spoke on the War Room about their existence and asked people to get involved.

Little did I know, that because Bannon's War Room was such a target for the communists, that infiltrators converged on AFA almost immediately.

They have a disgraced former Navy Seal stripped of his trident, an unindicted FBI co-conspirator hacker, and numerous other ties to dirty intelligence groups that have done nothing but attack, lie, and defame almost every single patriot in the Audit movement.

Some of the Judas Iscariots that tried to destroy Mike Lindell and the Cyber Symposium, found a permanent home with AFA.

Sadly, AFA was neutralized before they ever began. AFA is a rotting carcass of inefficiency, gossip, and more importantly, they have generated zero results in the audit movement.

Thus, why I started America's Audit Force several months ago. If you've noticed, I don't promote America's Audit Force on Bannon's War Room.

I believe Bannon is one of the good guys. His reach is greater than most in the patriot movement. But Bannon draws the enemy, because he is so effective. Audit Force does not need large numbers for the sake of having large numbers.

We needed a group that had a discerning eye for infiltrators, could put mission above ego, could build a cohesive and healthy environment, and we wanted to create a results driven culture. I think we have created that.

Is America's Audit Force perfect? Far from it. We've had to weed out infiltrators, gossips, and liars on a regular basis. That's the price you pay for getting work done.

We also respect and promote audit groups that aren't apart of Audit Force that are simply kicking ass and taking names. Audit the Vote PA is a perfect example.

So, while I'm not as visible as I used to be on the War Room, don't mistake that for me being less engaged in the audit movement. It's quite the contrary.

I'm working harder than ever, and working behind the scenes was a conscious decision on my part.

I recruit, work daily on administrative tasks, hold meetings, connect patriots, and while I travel, I meet in person with as many of our audit admin leaders as possible.

For now, being effective, means having a lower profile.

My work on behalf of the January 6th Prisoners.

We have a Christ centered community, 16,000 persons strong, lifting up our political prisoners in prayer, through letter writing campaigns, and through financial support.

The Prisoner's Record, is volunteer driven.

The admins' work, and my work for the Prisoners, is pro bono.

We don't solicit or take money for the operations of the channel.

We direct that all contributions go directly to fundraising accounts belonging to the Prisoners and their families.

This will not change. There are other worthy groups that have different missions, and necessary administrative costs, because they provide legal services and representation of the Prisoners.

We will partner with anyone dedicated to helping our political prisoners.

The Daily Beast, rather than investigating a counterfeit Republican who is in all likelihood a serial rapist and who architected an anti-white racist hiring and firing scheme in Georgia, has doubled down on its commitment to serve as the PR arm for terrorists and Nazis at BLM and Antifa by attacking “The Stew Peters Show”, one of the only sources for honest journalism and opinion left in the media landscape.

Aaron Rodgers says in just 48 hrs of taking Joe Rogan’s regime for Covid, he feels great and will have robust immunity.

It’s becoming more clear by the day that Fauci has lost all credibility.
