American Airlines. Is. Terrible.

Like last time, my connecting flight was delayed 4 times in Phoenix. Had to get another airline ticket on a different carrier, in order to get to my destination on time.

The physical AA representative at the physical counter told me I had to call the 1-800 number or cancel online.

They could not do it in person.

They can book a trip and take your money in person. They just can't cancel a trip and refund your money after they wreck your trip.

Of course, the 1-800 number I called had a 2 hour wait.

Of course, the ability to cancel online is impossible due to technical difficulties with the website.

I just got word that the Dona Ana County clerk is telling election workers that it doesn’t matter if people moved away years ago - they can still vote if they can remember just part of their old address.
