Here is the comment from me conveniently omitted by the Marxist journalist Nicole Liverett:
"It appears you have no evidence that anyone that interacted with Jamie Bronstein is a follower of mine. I know nothing about the encounter, as I am not on campus.
It appears you are speculating over events and drawing inferences without doing your homework.
Now, you are asking whether I want to "assume responsibility" for someone's actions I don't know, over an event you have failed to describe in any way that demonstrates my involvement.
Ms. Bronstein has made herself a very public and divisive figure by attacking me on social media and at the university.
She filed a frivolous complaint against me with the State Bar that was just dismissed....
Have you reported on that?
The public is aware of her frivolous and mean-spirited actions. The question you should be asking is what personal responsibility does Ms. Bronstein have for her actions in angering the public.
That I was suspended for standing up for medical freedom for students and faculty, and yet you've decided to avoid that topic to focus on Ms. Bronstein's alleged victimhood shows an inherent bias.
I have been the recipient of threats and/or harassment made by the public, students, and NMSU faculty. What responsibility does Ms. Bronstein have for the abuses I've suffered?
Nicole, your journalism department is the epitome of bias, and is complicit in the fear culture at NMSU.
Do better."

Back to the grind. God bless you all. Today was a bizarre day. But we got through it.
I pray for the day when we are free of feckless weasels, bulbus hags, and scurrilous scalawags.

County clerks in Oregon inundated with calls for audit of 2020 presidential election
Eleven months after the 2020 presidential election, county clerks in Oregon are getting a new round of calls and emails disputing the results.
Judges should not be accepting plea deals in the January 6th cases.
A plea can only be made when it is knowingly and intelligently made.
This is an impossibility, when the state is withholding thousands of hours of exculpatory video evidence.
The prosecutors trying to secure these deals need to be sanctioned and disbarred.
The federal defenders need remedial training and need to understand the state has zero leverage on the day of trial.
The judges are facilitating the greatest injustice I have ever seen in our criminal justice system.
Where are the prosecutors that know better?
Where are the public defenders that know these self-evident truths?
Judges, where are you?
Cowards, one and all.

By trade, I was a prosecutor.
I hate crime in all of it's manifestations.
But I would never go back to that life, unless the government was prosecuted first for destroying the rule of law.
Remove the cancer.

Rasha Abual-Ragheb
Rasha immigrated to America twenty years ago from Jordan. Here she found freedom and faith in Christ. Mom and bread-winner to three: 18, 12, and 10.
The court that once protected her from an abusive husband became an instrument of abuse. Published her protected address, exposing her kids to danger. Withheld unemployment benefits. Threatening legal custody.
The government did this to Rasha because she dared to peacefully and legally protest a stolen election on January 6th at the Capitol. She suffered a stroke after her arrest, likely due to stress, lost her job, and unable to find new work.
Rasha's public defender who hardly counseled her, ushered in a bad plea deal. Consequence: possible 6 months jail time and more than $5K in fines.
Please pray for Rasha and her children through this life shattering ordeal.
She wants to fight the bad plea deal but needs your help. Help Rasha fight. Please give to Rasha— https://givesendgo.com/G282V

"Dear faculty colleagues -
We know that students have tuned out some of the messaging coming to them from the university about COVID-19 – but they are checking emails that come from you, their instructors.
Please share the attached message with your students beginning today about the requirement to provide proof of vaccine or testing (which you can also link to here). You are a critical resource in informing our students about this requirement. Please remind them that they received this message directly from the Dean of Students last week, and that messages from the Dean of Students are always of high importance.
Let your students know:
It’s not too late to upload their vaccine card. If they have uploaded their card or their first COVID-19 test result to the VaxTrax site by Thursday at midnight, they will not be subject to the escalating consequences of non-compliance.
It’s easiest to do their upload on campus. We’ll be designating computer stations this week in Hardman-Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center and Frenger Food Court as places they can bring their vaccine card or test result and get assistance uploading it. Details about locations and times will be posted on social media, as well as flyers and TV screens around campus.
There’s help for using VPN if they’re not on campus. Students can hop on Zoom and enter ICTHELPDESK as their meeting ID to get immediate assistance.
Failing to comply with this requirement has consequences. The attached message from the Dean of Students outlines the disciplinary process, which includes possible suspension.
Please help your students understand that failing to provide either their vaccine proof or their first test result by this Thursday at midnight could affect their “good standing” at the university, their housing eligibility and their financial aid.
If students have questions about the disciplinary process, please direct them to contact the Dean of Students Office at DOS@nmsu.edu.
