This is your daily reminder that the AZ senate passed the buck to a swamp creature who, despite receiving 100’s of complaints to his office regarding sharpie gate, STILL believed there was no fraud in AZ.

So much that he felt the need to tell the left wing media pundit AZ central.

Brnovich failed to see the obvious facts glaring him in the face then, has had 10 months to take action, and has taken none.

"It appears you have no evidence that anyone that interacted with Jamie Bronstein is a follower of mine. I know nothing about the encounter, as I am not on campus.

It appears you are speculating over events and drawing inferences without doing your homework.

Now, you are asking whether I want to "assume responsibility" for someone's actions I don't know, over an event you have failed to describe in any way that demonstrates my involvement.

Ms. Bronstein has made herself a very public and divisive figure by attacking me on social media and at the university.

She filed a frivolous complaint against me with the State Bar that was just dismissed....

Have you reported on that?

The public is aware of her frivolous and mean-spirited actions. The question you should be asking is what personal responsibility does Ms. Bronstein have for her actions in angering the public.

That I was suspended for standing up for medical freedom for students and faculty, and yet you've decided to avoid that topic to focus on Ms. Bronstein's alleged victimhood shows an inherent bias.

I have been the recipient of threats and/or harassment made by the public, students, and NMSU faculty. What responsibility does Ms. Bronstein have for the abuses I've suffered?

Nicole, your journalism department is the epitome of bias, and is complicit in the fear culture at NMSU.

Judges should not be accepting plea deals in the January 6th cases.

A plea can only be made when it is knowingly and intelligently made.

This is an impossibility, when the state is withholding thousands of hours of exculpatory video evidence.

The prosecutors trying to secure these deals need to be sanctioned and disbarred.

The federal defenders need remedial training and need to understand the state has zero leverage on the day of trial.

The judges are facilitating the greatest injustice I have ever seen in our criminal justice system.

Where are the prosecutors that know better?

Where are the public defenders that know these self-evident truths?

Judges, where are you?

Cowards, one and all.

By trade, I was a prosecutor.

I hate crime in all of it's manifestations.

But I would never go back to that life, unless the government was prosecuted first for destroying the rule of law.

Remove the cancer.

Now they want to murder people for not getting the vaccine… I think you need to share this and let them know what you think… respectfully.
