What responsibility does AZ Senator Karen Fann have in failing to compel production of the routers months ago through a court order?

Her strategy appeared to be "issue more subpoenas" and be ignored.

Why did the AZ Senate (Fann) allow themselves to be intimidated by Merrick Garland from doing a canvass?

Either they were intimidated and revealed themselves to be cowards, or they secretly never intended to do a canvass. The latter is even worse, and I suspect it is true.

Why did the AZ Senate try to muzzle Doug Logan, it's chief auditor, and produce a heavily watered-down report?

Why is the AZ Senate trying to muzzle Jovan Hutton Pulitzer's kinematic findings on whether we had counterfeit ballots?

We already have enough to decertify the election, in spite of Karen Fann, but she needs to answer these questions.

Spoliation of evidence.

"Spoliation of evidence in a legal action is where an individual neglects to produce evidence that is in her possession or control."

This appears to be a consistent definition pertaining to the actions of the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the AZ Senate.

Remedy:

"In such a situation, any inferences that might be drawn against the party are permitted, and the withholding of the evidence is attributed to the person's presumed knowledge that it would have served to operate against her."

"We the People" are drawing inferences that everything withheld would prove even greater fraud.

A court uses the spoliation of evidence principle to make a finding of fact on the record to ensure that the plundering party is not rewarded.

A nation of lawlessness cannot expect it's people to remain lawful for much longer.

I pray for peace.

Arizona Audit Finds 25-30% of Duplicated Ballots Received Between November 4th-9th After They Knew How Many Ballots Were Needed

Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai shared the explosive results from his team’s analysis of the Early Advance Ballot (EVB) envelopes as the first presenter at the Arizona Senate hearing on the results of the 2020 election in Maricopa County.

During his presentation, he gave evidence of over 17,000 duplicate votes that were illegally counted in the final certified tally.

When Dr. Shiva refers to “duplicate ballots,” he means “voters sent in 2 or more ballots” that were counted.

According to Dr. Shiva, there was a massive surge of duplicate ballots AFTER the polls closed on election day. Between November 4th and November 9th, “25-30%” of all double votes were received by election officials, eventually getting counted in the final total.

Dr. Shiva and his research team were able to track the timing of the duplicate ballots by looking at the timestamps of all Early Voting Ballots that were received by election officials.

What they found appears to be evidence of coordinated fraud. 

To make the data easier to digest, his team built a graph that shows when every early ballot was received, starting on 10/9/2020 – when the first ballot was sent in.

When the researchers layered in the duplicate ballot submissions, the results jump clearly off the screen. 

As you can see in the photo below, the orange-colored line representing the ‘duplicate ballots’ breaks away from the baseline total that it had been closely mirroring and skyrockets upward.

Also, notice how there is a slight spike in duplicates ballots at each point where the mail-in count drops – Very odd, it’s almost as if the Maricopa election officials were able to get some free time to find a couple of extras in the printer.

The calculated ‘anomaly’ after election day that Dr. Shiva uncovered doesn’t only include duplicate ballots, it also includes a large increase in the number of ballots that had either no signature (Red line) or a “scribble”(Green line) on the verification envelope.

Keep in mind, the majority of early mail-in ballots were received during the weeks LEADING UP TO election day, the fact that so many came in after polls should be investigated.

To make it even easier for people to visualize the unbelievable flip, Dr. Shiva changed the type of graph and showed how the signed ballots that were arriving in the weeks leading up to the election compared to the ones arriving a few days after – and no surprise, more blatant signs of fraud. 

The 17,000+ votes are enough on their own to nullify Biden’s narrow ‘victory’ in Arizona. The State needs to DECERTIFY NOW

Attorney Matt DePerno: Arizona Audit Officials Were Threatened – Forced to Water Down Audit Report (VIDEO)

On Friday the Arizona Senate released their much anticipated Maricopa County forensic audit report.

Following the public hearing, Michigan Attorney and Attorney General candidate Matthew DePerno tweeted out that he was told that Arizona attorney Cory Langhofer suppressed critical information from the audit report, including the statement that the election must be decertified.

Sidney Powell revealed that she’s discovered that the Department of Defense patented an algorithm in 2006 that can predetermine the outcome of elections. The DoD then gave that patent to a University in New Jersey, which Sidney calls an “international think tank.”

She also says that Dominion Voting Systems assigned all of their patents in 2019 to the Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, and then there was an “infusion of over $400 million to State Street Capital which owns Dominion now.”

It’s all tied together and it looks like we are starting to get a better understanding of how they’ve rigged our elections for years and more importantly, WHO has been doing it.
