NMSU Communist Marxist Professor Jamie Bronstein has just added to the complaints filed against me with the State Bar of New Mexico.
To her and other progressives, I'm a favorite target on campus, with nasty faculty emails delivered, lies posted on social media, and frequent commentary provided in our local news editorials.
Without any factual basis, she publically wrote faculty and students that I incite hatred towards jews. She has stalked my wife on social media, and frequently creates fake accounts to follow everything I do.
She is OBSESSED with me.
Apparently, ol' feckless doesn't have better things to do, but file frivolous complaints against me.
I think she is desperate for pen pals.
You can pen my old pal at jbronste@nmsu.edu.
And you can find more about her here: https://history.nmsu.edu/facultydirectory/faculty-staff-pages/jamie-l.-bronstein.html

I think all professors should want to Make America Great Again. Even my ol' pen pal, professor Jamie Bronstein.
I couldn't keep up with her. I couldn't make her happy. So I'm asking you for help to carry the load. She is lonely.
Good morning! Another day in the fight. The enemy loves to screen shot my posts and snitch. Screenshot this.
Did you know "Team Professor" made several public records requests for emails from higher administration, including certain marxist faculty? And boy, do we have a treasure trove.
How do you spell retaliation, hostile workplace, and liability?

What would you think if my university president and chancellor, after receiving a scathing letter calling me an idiot (among many other things), stated they needed to send a letter of thanks to the party that called me an idiot?
Does that seem like political bias?
I haven't seen any other letters from the president and chancellor offering to thank the thousands of people that thought I was acting truthfully...

One email I just reviewed shows the deliberation of upper administration seeking to take my teaching excellence award away because I spoke at the Cyber Symposium! This email treasure trove of Marxism does not look good for the university. Wait until I start cooking with gas.
Did you know certain faculty members stated they have to make sure white men could not be hired for a desired position? That sounds racist. That sounds discriminatory.
That's because it is.
I've got names.
I've got witnesses.
I'm going to take my time and enjoy this.

Fun fact before I get back to work. I love trial. It's where the rubber meets the road. It's where all the posturing, letter writing, and bloviating ends.
I am patient. General counsel for universities don't try cases. They golf, take early lunches, sweat profusely, and farm out potential litigation to civil law firms.
Civil law firms, even the best of them, usually has an attorney or two that can try a case. They are talented and smart. But, if they are lucky, they try about one case a year to a jury. For most civil litigators, the closest thing they have to a trial, is a deposition.
A deposition is a far cry from a jury trial.
Oh, and the best civil litigation firm that NMSU would use in the Las Cruces area, is a law firm I'm affiliated with.
That means they have a conflict of interest. Whoops! You might want to screenshot that!
Those are some good attorneys that wil be missed out on.
During my career, I averaged conservatively, 2 jury trials a month. Some months I had more. I remember doing 5 felony jury trials during an especially busy March docket.
At a minimum, I averaged 24 jury trials a year over my career. I'd first chair, co-chair, second chair, and advise younger associates from the gallery. If I sensed even the slightest hesitation from a younger associate, I'd take the case the morning of.
During the summer of my first year as a professor, I was appointed special prosecutor for a murder case as an "insurance policy." I didn't have to do much, but I did the trial for free, because I love trial.
Some trials take years in the system before they get to a jury. That wears on people. Not me. That's where justice is found.

Gen. Mark Milley called his Chinese counterpart Gen. Li Zuocheng on Oct 30, 2020 to assure the CCP that he would warn them of any attack.
"If weโre going to attack, Iโm going to call you ahead of time. Itโs not going to be a surprise."
DNI John Ratcliffe assessed that China interfered in the November 3, 2020 election.
Cyber analysts say that China hacked the November 3, 2020 election.
Was Gen. Milley's phone call the green light for the CCP to fortify the election against Trumpโ
Release the transcript.

Categorizing patients as "unvaccinated" until 14 days after the 2nd innoculation is a complete and utter fraud on the American people.
Over 80% of adverse events, hospitalizations, and deaths from the COVID-19 vaccines occur within 14 days of getting vaccinated.
These are all recorded by the CDC and hospitals systems as "unvaccinated" patients.
This is a criminal misrepresentation of the data.
The CDC could simply categorize patients as unvaccinated, 1 shot, 2 shot, and fully vaccinated (after 14 days) if they wanted to share a clear and accurate representation of the truth.
