Strike day 4
I was interviewed by the Rio Grande Foundation this morning. They livestream on Facebook. I told them as soon as they provide a link for a platform other than Facebook, to let me know, but that I can't post the Facebook link because I am on.... strike.
Several opportunities to go to commercial grocery, coffee, and fast-food chains the past few days, but I have tried my level best to decline, because I am on.... strike.

This morning, I'd did a second interview. The second was with Doug Billings. Doug is on the Right Side.
Doug hosts his show on platforms I'm not striking.
I'll share that link soon.

BREAKING: Patients Declare US Government Colluding With Medical Community To Classify Horrific Covid-19 Vaccine Neurological Injuriesβ¦
Stop labeling us as having anxiety or a panic issue because it's not.
Many of you know that I am responsible for creating The Prisoner's Record on Telegram, which honors the political targets, prisoners, and released prisoners that attended the January 6th protest.
We write letters to prisoners. We pray for prisoners. We fundraise for prisoners. We advocate for prisoners as best we can.
There is a peaceful rally for prisoners this September 18th in Washington D.C.
The Prisoner's Record has posted about the rally, in part, because the rally supports the very prisoners and families we pray for every day.
Patriots with generous hearts and courageous convictions have organized, and gone to much trouble, to hold this peaceful rally.
I have been asked about my thoughts on the peaceful rally, and whether I explicitly endorse the rally.
Speaking for me, and only me, I will not advise you to go to the September 18th rally, and I will not advise you to not go.
Rather, I would advise you make an informed decision, hearing my concerns, and that you take responsibility for your decision.
Why the elvish advice?
Because the enemy is desperate. And when the enemy is desperate, they like coordinating false flags.
We are peaceful, the enemy is not.
I think the September 18th rally will be an attractive target for Antifa and corrupt undercover FBI agents to harm patriots and the public, with a false media narrative to follow closely thereafter.
I believe this because the media is going out of its way to convince you that leaders of the "Qanon" movement are dangerous, and should be held responsible for the actions of their "Qanon" followers.
And I am starting to see many stories reporting Lin Wood, Sidney Powell, General Flynn, and yours truly, of being leaders of "Qanon."
I don't know what "Qanon" is. I know what the lying media says it is.
Charges in the complaints filed against myself, Lin, and Sidney, include treason, sedition, and inciting others to violence.
Do you see the land mines set?
I do.
I would encourage small peaceful rallies spread far and wide, instead of a large and singularly visible event.
I also believe our hospitals are false flag targets, because "We the People" are waking up to the murderous treatments being administered.
The enemy will need a distraction.
And what better distraction than to blame "Qanon" conspiracy theorists for some tragic event.
I don't have a crystal ball, but past proves future.
We wise. Be peaceful. And to the best of your ability, avoid the traps laid by the enemy. Create new terrain to advocate for prisoners.
If you go into an environment that could be a trap, record and document everything. Pray. Be agents of peace. And be prepared for unjust persecution in the days that follow as the media continues to build its list of patriots they've deemed to be domestic terrorists.

Response to NMSU.pdf

Attached is a response I submitted to NMSU regarding their investigation of yours truly not complying with their mask and jab mandates. America's Frontline Doctors (and lawyers) have provided several templates and extensive medical research with citations, that I was able to use in preparation. What a wonderful resource! I am the happy recipient of their work. To the extent this response helps any of you out there, feel free to use it as a resource. America's Frontline Doctors has a tremendous library of resources. A response of this kind would have normally cost several thousand dollars to research and write.

My favorite comedian was Norm MacDonald. He passed after a long undisclosed battle with cancer. Occasionally, Norm let his guard down, and a few times he professed to be a Christian. I pray this is so. I would love to meet him one day.

NMSU Communist Marxist Professor Jamie Bronstein has just added to the complaints filed against me with the State Bar of New Mexico.
To her and other progressives, I'm a favorite target on campus, with nasty faculty emails delivered, lies posted on social media, and frequent commentary provided in our local news editorials.
Without any factual basis, she publically wrote faculty and students that I incite hatred towards jews. She has stalked my wife on social media, and frequently creates fake accounts to follow everything I do.
She is OBSESSED with me.
Apparently, ol' feckless doesn't have better things to do, but file frivolous complaints against me.
I think she is desperate for pen pals.
You can pen my old pal at jbronste@nmsu.edu.
And you can find more about her here: https://history.nmsu.edu/facultydirectory/faculty-staff-pages/jamie-l.-bronstein.html

I think all professors should want to Make America Great Again. Even my ol' pen pal, professor Jamie Bronstein.
I couldn't keep up with her. I couldn't make her happy. So I'm asking you for help to carry the load. She is lonely.
Good morning! Another day in the fight. The enemy loves to screen shot my posts and snitch. Screenshot this.
Did you know "Team Professor" made several public records requests for emails from higher administration, including certain marxist faculty? And boy, do we have a treasure trove.
How do you spell retaliation, hostile workplace, and liability?

What would you think if my university president and chancellor, after receiving a scathing letter calling me an idiot (among many other things), stated they needed to send a letter of thanks to the party that called me an idiot?
Does that seem like political bias?
I haven't seen any other letters from the president and chancellor offering to thank the thousands of people that thought I was acting truthfully...

One email I just reviewed shows the deliberation of upper administration seeking to take my teaching excellence award away because I spoke at the Cyber Symposium! This email treasure trove of Marxism does not look good for the university. Wait until I start cooking with gas.
Did you know certain faculty members stated they have to make sure white men could not be hired for a desired position? That sounds racist. That sounds discriminatory.
That's because it is.
I've got names.
I've got witnesses.
I'm going to take my time and enjoy this.

Fun fact before I get back to work. I love trial. It's where the rubber meets the road. It's where all the posturing, letter writing, and bloviating ends.
I am patient. General counsel for universities don't try cases. They golf, take early lunches, sweat profusely, and farm out potential litigation to civil law firms.
Civil law firms, even the best of them, usually has an attorney or two that can try a case. They are talented and smart. But, if they are lucky, they try about one case a year to a jury. For most civil litigators, the closest thing they have to a trial, is a deposition.
A deposition is a far cry from a jury trial.
Oh, and the best civil litigation firm that NMSU would use in the Las Cruces area, is a law firm I'm affiliated with.
That means they have a conflict of interest. Whoops! You might want to screenshot that!
Those are some good attorneys that wil be missed out on.
During my career, I averaged conservatively, 2 jury trials a month. Some months I had more. I remember doing 5 felony jury trials during an especially busy March docket.
At a minimum, I averaged 24 jury trials a year over my career. I'd first chair, co-chair, second chair, and advise younger associates from the gallery. If I sensed even the slightest hesitation from a younger associate, I'd take the case the morning of.
During the summer of my first year as a professor, I was appointed special prosecutor for a murder case as an "insurance policy." I didn't have to do much, but I did the trial for free, because I love trial.
Some trials take years in the system before they get to a jury. That wears on people. Not me. That's where justice is found.
