When approached by a SNAKE News Media outlet, I require the interview to be fully recorded and published in unedited fashion. This would necessarily require a contract be signed by the news outlet.

And I usually request that the interviewer read relevant scientific literature, or the things that I've examined from a legal standpoint. I'll even do a little pop quiz to be sure they follow through.

If they can't or won't, it's not worth my time because they aren't interested reporting the truth. Most don't follow up with me. We'll see.

What would you think if the State Bar of New Mexico asked that I produce EVERY affidavit (thousands) in EVERY election fraud case (hundreds) in the ENTIRE country based on a complaint filed by someone directly related to the NM Secretary of State? Does that seem like political retaliation?

Does that seem like misconduct by the lawyers overseeing my investigation to pursue such a punitive request?

Did you know I have a legal obligation to report misconduct?

Did you know that a concerned citizen anywhere in the country, irrespective of whether the are an attorney, can file a complaint for misconduct?

Just filing this away for later....

Did you know that the State Bar of New Mexico is using a bogus sanction order out of Michigan as a basis in investigating misconduct on my behalf?

Did you know that I don't have a Michigan license?

That I've never filed a case in Michigan?

That I've never filed an election fraud case period?

But I did comment on many election fraud cases, as is my right, under the First Amendment....

Do you think that commenting on cases is a legitimate ground to threaten my law license?

Or does it sound like misconduct is being perpetuated by the lawyers overseeing my investigation, in relying on such a specious order?

Did you know that the State Bar of New Mexico is demanding that I provide proof which supports statements made by others, not named David K. Clements?

For example, Joe Oltmann has asserted the judge presiding over his case has ties to Antifa (BTW - proof does exist through a picture of the judge marching in an Antifa rally).

The State Bar of New Mexico has demanded that I provide that proof.

Now I can do certainly do this, but does that seem right?

Or does it seem like misconduct is being perpetuated by the lawyers overseeing my investigation, making me produce evidence on matters not related to my actions? Does that seem heavy-handed and punitive?

I think all of the above claims should be taken serious by concerned citizens. Maybe the 131,100 subscribers on this channel agree. Just filing this away for later.
