Many of you got to hear what an Antifa judge sounds like who stands as the proxy for the evil of our nation while manuevering the case in a way to act as NOT an impartial party but as a weapon. Not only did this Judge lie about wanting to throw me in jail, which Coomer's attorney directly said was his intent in conferal, but lied about the circumstances of the case as well, then muted my lawyer so she could not respond. I have no faith in our judiciary and yet how could I?

Now, I get to pay sanctions for not showing up in a place where their goal was to have me jailed for not giving up the Antifa guy, who if exposed, would be dead before his name would be uttered. and if they didnt kill him, they would surely make it so he never would have peace, which could lead to him killing himself.... then there is the part where if I went to jail which I would gladly do, I would be dead in a weeks time, by the same leftist thugs that have wanted to silence me. the entire thing is crazy...

Everyday is heavy these days, but today I got to witness a true Activist for evil. I need to take a deep breath and take a walk. I need it to get my spirit back to center.

Here is the latest update from my employer NMSU. They need more time to investigate me.

In the meantime, I have been instructed to turn in all university property I have used the past three years, clear out my office, and turn in my key.

As a prosecutor, I have always had to take my case as I "found" it.

Witnesses were often difficult.

There were many factions and strong personalities within the various law enforcement agencies.

Blame was often assigned when things went wrong, investigations were handled sloppily, or victims just gave up.

My job was to protect the case and the victims involved, secure justice, and at the same time, never subvert the spirit of the law while getting a conviction.

There are a lot of factions, in and among, the patriot "titans" fighting to restore our Republic.

I've been asked to broker peace, or tell people what to do, or what not to do.

I learned a long time ago, you can't make a person become what he or she is not. You'll have a greater chance winning a fight with a tidal wave.

Accept the person as you know them to be. Rough edges and all. This meant, oftentimes, humbling myself, adapting, and doing what I could to address the perceived weaknesses of the many players in a courtroom drama in order to... protect. the. case.

All I care about is winning our case. "We the People" vs "the Marxist Machine."

When we win the case, not if, but when, I have no ambition other than to return to a quiet life.

1) No, audits are not underwater. There are people spreading misinformation on various platforms. Different people have different ideas as to how to proceed. That is normal.

2) No, there is nothing “out” about Maricopa. They are as sound on NDAs as it gets.

3) No, there is nothing to “read in to” about anything from Wendy Rogers lately.

4) No, I don’t know exactly when the Maricopa report is out. But it is a forensic audit of 2.1mm ballots. I’d be more concerned if they turned the report out in 2 days, rather than taking a long time to document what was found. The answer is very soon.

5) No, I don’t know why there are personality conflicts and disagreements made public. This is why I don’t engage in them.

6) No, it’s not easy to wait. We wish things moved faster. Welcome to the harsh reality of life in a bureaucracy.

7) No, you should not commit to following only some people and condemning the rest. Save your ire for the enemy inside the wire, the RINO GOP.

We don’t need to read too far into everything. A Texas star on my outdoor chimney is not a secret sign that I am satanic. Harrisburg is ignoring phone calls and emails. We have inundated them and they're trying to figure out ways to ignore us. Hit them on their social media. They can't hide from that. Be respectful, but assertive. It is illegal for them to delete any comments as long as they are not threatening or violent. We can press charges if they do.

Ask them where are the subpoenas? Why did Senator Corman fire Senator Mastriano's staff? Why are they having hearings? What's the next step?
