Here is the text of my response to the New Mexico Supreme Court Disciplinary Board. I try to make things short and sweet.
"Greetings:
My name is David K. Clements. Bar Number [redacted].
Pursuant to the letter received August 17, 2021 from the Disciplinary Board, I tender this response. I'm also in possession of an information update and professional liability form. I hold an exempted position as a law professor, and bar records accurately reflect my status.
The nature of the allegations from [redacted] are that I am promoting "sedition and treason."

You will find it is an evidence based presentation, protected under the First Amendment, legal privilege, and after being viewed will demonstrate the absurdity of the complaint filed.
Moreover, the claim of "sedition and treason" against the United States would fall under military jurisdiction. To my knowledge, the state bar of New Mexico is not an appropriate venue to resolve this complaint.
I'm aware of the professional rules of responsibility, have maintained good standing with the bar for over a decade, have been recognized as a prosecutor of the year with the District Attorney's Association, and was just honored yesterday with the Patricia Christmore Teaching Excellence Award by New Mexico State University. I believe that you will see that all claims made in my presentation promote the rule of law, as well as a love for the ideals that make our country great.
Since the nature of the complaint focuses squarely on treason and sedition, I will say only this. Truth is treason in an empire of lies.

We had to book a last minute flight that wouldn't even get us to our destination.
After boarding the plane and getting seated, a flight attendant stands next to us and starts monitoring my wife as she sips a drink. Due to the gestapo rules, Southwest requires masks to travel. To get to our destination, and be mission oriented, we complied. The exception to the "rule," is when a passenger is eating and drinking.
Of all the people on the plane, the flight attendant decided to monitor my wife and I. Staring at her for 30 seconds. Like my wife was a child.
Because my wife was not "subservient" enough, the flight attendant came back with another attendant. My wife was masked.
They started to speak loudly about their policies. My wife was masked.
They came back a third time, with a male flight attendant. My wife was masked.
I told them as they could see, we were both wearing masks and started recording the encounter.
We were then asked to get off the plane.
Does that make sense to you?
Does it seem like I may be on some type of flight list?
My wife is extremely private. Despite her wishes, the enemy has publicly doxxed her. She does not want to be part of a "viral" video, so I will refrain from publishing.
I did not sleep last night. The encounter was truly satanic.
Madness has swept the world.
We will arrive at our destination through different means, thanks be to God.
Please pray for my wife. This past year has been so difficult for her.
She has had to take on great faith, and believe in her husband's calling, when she often could not "see" or "feel" what I saw or felt.
I am relying on the Lord's provision minute by minute. Hour by hour.
That is hard for my family. My family wants some semblance of certainty, when there is none.
Having said all this, I trust in God's plan for my family.
