With so many heads exploding on TV, social media, whatever, over the fall of Afghanistan to the Taleban (mine included). The citizens of the United States of America need to take a deep breath and really reflect on who we are as a nation. Bad things happen all the time. We will be judged not that something bad happened but by what we do about it. Right now, we need to save the Americans in harms way, save as many others that we can and we need to thank God and pray for the men and women in our Military that are once again being sent back into the fray to accomplish another thankless mission that will likely place them all in harms way. If people need to be removed from their positions (and I believe that some must—being caught this flat footed is inexcusable), that needs to happen but America cannot miss a beat saving our citizens who will be brutalized by an unforgiving enemy. This is far from over and there will be untold negative strategic consequences for the United States that our nation’s leadership had better start preparing for. Tomorrow, I will post the letter from Coomer’s counsel. They don’t like that I let the public know about the corrupt and morally bankrupt judge who marched in an Antifa protest in June 2020, gave to Kamala Harris campaign, disregarded the law of the case and has been a proxy for the plaintiff. Nah you are not supposed to know about that.

The lawyers for Coomer are liars. They said I openly disobeyed an order from the judge. That is a blatant lie. They said I refused to in person or otherwise to show for the deposition. That is a lie. They said I lack credibility. That is a lie. They are liars. They lied about me going around the country promoting a movie. They lied about what my attorney said on a podcast, straight to the judge. They lie… that is what evil does, it lies and it cheats and it steals… elections to be more specific.

They openly on a call with my counsel stated the reason they wanted me in the court during the deposition is because they wanted to call the judge when I would not turn over the name of the Antifa Member who gave me access to the conf call so they could immediately throw me in jail. Their words not mine. They did not infer it, they stated it clearly that this was their intention.

The judge ordered me to have the deposition at the court which is highly irregular for her to get in the middle of it because she wanted to throw me in jail. She ordered me to turn over the name because she knew I am ethical and I would not do harm to another person. She did this and violated the law of the case because she is working as a weapon for the plaintiff. When my lawyer in court said they will “kill the kid”, she responded, “we will see won’t we”. When my attorney stated by then it will be too late, she again responds, “only time will tell”. This is the evil of the radical left on full display.

She is corrupt and she is compromised. As an aside… Below is the poster Judge Marie Avery Moses made when she marched in the Antifa protest in June 2020. Nah, she is not wanting to do harm… this is all a mirage. She is a good person, right?

Ask Joey Camp if Antifa will kill those who oppose their violent criminal syndicate… he is currently in protected hiding out of state. Like him or not, he is in fear for his life and has had people hunting him down for infiltrating Antifa. Likewise, They want this kid dead and they will weaponize the entire system to get it done.

Here is the text of my response to the New Mexico Supreme Court Disciplinary Board. I try to make things short and sweet.

"Greetings:


My name is David K. Clements. Bar Number [redacted].


Pursuant to the letter received August 17, 2021 from the Disciplinary Board, I tender this response. I'm also in possession of an information update and professional liability form. I hold an exempted position as a law professor, and bar records accurately reflect my status.


The nature of the allegations from [redacted] are that I am promoting "sedition and treason."

I'm aware of the professional rules of responsibility, have maintained good standing with the bar for over a decade, have been recognized as a prosecutor of the year with the District Attorney's Association, and was just honored yesterday with the Patricia Christmore Teaching Excellence Award by New Mexico State University. I believe that you will see that all claims made in my presentation promote the rule of law, as well as a love for the ideals that make our country great.


Since the nature of the complaint focuses squarely on treason and sedition, I will say only this. Truth is treason in an empire of lies.

The devil is dead set against me getting to Grand Rapids, Michigan, for the Reawaken America Tour.

Flights cancelled out of Denver due to weather. Airline schedulers said that all kinds of things are "weird" right now.

Last week "they" wouldn't let the airplane I was on land in Sioux Falls for the Cyber Symposium.

Prayers please.

Let the freedom folks in Michigan know I'm trying to get to them.

But "how" as of right now, is a mystery.

Driving is not an option. I live 1,400 miles + away and I'm supposed to speak at 10 am.
