I need to up my health game. I might have worked out a grand total of three times since January. As a result, my one ab has gotten a whole lot bigger (you could call it a belly.... but I will call it an ab.)

A pot or two of coffee a day, and usually one big meal around 4 pm has been the routine.

So, because I'm incapable of doing anything in moderation, and because I'm a bit of an experimenter... I'll be starting a water fast in the morning.

I don't have any set goals for how long it will last. At least two days. Would like to go longer.

I'm putting this out there for anyone that wants to join me.

Today, I want to lift up Felipe Antonio "Tony" Martinez in prayer.

He is another peaceful patriot that has been devastated by the FBI's targeting of those at the January 6th protest.

Like many others, on February 19th, at 0600, Tony was awakened by a flash grenade. His door was kicked in. Tony, his wife of 21 years, and oldest daughter were handcuffed at gun point, and his home was thrown into disarray.

As a result of the FBI's actions, his family was wrongfully evicted. Tony has had to find work out of state as a pipefitter to support his family, with his family now staying with extended family.

Pray, give until it hurts, pray some more.

You are entitled to ALL exculpatory evidence that tends to show your innocence. That's 14,000 hours of video.

Any prosecutor or judge that does not comply in turning over these videos are violating Brady v. Maryland, and the Confrontation Clause.

Any plea deals entered into by the accused and the government prior to having these videos turned over COULD NOT have been made knowingly and intelligently.

Motions to set aside these plea deals should be filed immediately.

The government is coercing deals through indefinite detention.

He was released for that decision. One of my few and greatest joys growing up was rooting for the Denver Broncos, their coaches, and players.
