The arrest of Peter Bernegger, a Wisconsin investigative reporter and researcher, was an event that many saw coming. Bernegger finds himself facing a criminal complaint for "Simulating Legal Process" The charge is rare, with only two convictions since 1977. The liberal District Attorney of Madison, Ismael R. Ozanne, is overseeing the case, a move that many suspect is a cover-up orchestrated by the Department of Justice. Bernegger did not show up for court Monday April 1, 2024, in Madison, Court Commissioner Mark Fremgen issue an arrest warrant. Bernegger as of Monday night has turned himself in. But the district attorney may find himself facing questions about a questionable arrest for improper procedure.
Bernegger has been tirelessly exposing how patented software in computerized voting systems is tampering with our elections. He has shed light on the connections between the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) and the Soros-funded Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), which exclusively provides voter data to Democrat and progressive groups, hinting at potential bias.

Unveiling the misconduct of Meagan Wolfe, Wisconsin's chief election official, Bernegger has revealed numerous violations of election laws that have eroded public trust. From endorsing illegal ballot drop boxes to permitting absentee voting without the use of Special Voting Deputies, Wolfe's actions have raised serious concerns. Here Clay is speaking specifically about ES&S, which is what the majority of FL counties uses.

It is an out and out lie that these machines are not connected to the Internet. Also he points out there is an open USB port that sits on the motherboard that can easily run an external drive or a network device.

How can FL SOS, Cord Byrd guarantee that the same setup that is certified at the state level is the same set up that is being deployed at the precinct level?

The short answer is...he can't.

And per FL law, the FL SOS's main responsibility is to guarantee the security of our elections. That fact that he is standing by a security standards document that was written when we had flip phones is a horrible dereliction of duty.
