Any attorney worth their salt knows the election lawsuits filed in November would normally take several MONTHS to PREPARE, and perhaps much longer to INVESTIGATE.
Because of strict election deadlines, the attorneys involved, had WEEKS to do BOTH.
The law requires attorneys to submit their filings in good faith.
Moreover, the law recognizes that rarely, if ever, do the parties have perfect knowledge at the outset of a case.
Thus, the law provides mechanisms to amend pleadings, and to drop or add parties to the litigation.
Oftentimes, persons can be added in a compulsory fashion because they are indispensable, even though they may not wish to have anything to do with the litigation.
Sometimes, legal theories must be asserted, or parties added, because to not do so, constitutes a sort of legal waiver. In other words, attorneys can be prohibited from asserting claims at a later date if they don't "place mark" persons and requests for relief in a complaint.
After an exhaustive review of the lawsuits filed by Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, absolutely no disciplinary action is warranted under our rules.
Any reporter suggesting otherwise, needs remedial education on the law.
What is warranted, however, is an investigation into those RINO attorneys that have subverted justice and weaponized the rules through perverse interpretations.
What is also warranted, is the investigation and routing out of so-called journalists that enable and promote such treachery.
These evil men and women have targeted the few innocent and honorable attorneys that have fought for our elections and President Trump since day one.

I will attest to you from personal experience that she has an unparalleled level of energy and commitment. I’ve seen her leave her work area at 3 AM and return by 7:30 AM, multiple times during the election battles in November and December, commonly working 18-19 hour days.

Regarding the post below, procedural questions are absolutely fine.
For example, I answered questions concerning the procedural process above.
When the questions provided by Cates, however, editorialize content, and suggest someone is perpetuating a fraud on the court, we aren't talking about procedure.
That's an attack on one's character.
A responsible journalist would investigate privately, and do their due diligence prior to publishing.

Matt DePerno: “In MI, GA, and AZ, we have found anonymous user remote access logons that have elevated privileges in the election management system, which means anyone who does that can access the database and change results.”
DePerno also notes that Maricopa County and the AZ SoS have known since 11/3 that there was a security breach of the voter registration servers — and they have hidden this information from the public.
Team DePerno has a new website EIFFTAR.org (Election Integrity Fund for the American Republic) that is raising money exclusively for the AZ audit.

I'm inquiring about a budget. Many folks are rightly tired of the lack of transparency on how much the audit costs, the money raised, and the money spent. Will provide you an update as soon as I can.
I've spoken with Matt Deperno and folks close to his operation these past few months, and have a good sense of what the audit costs are.
It's not cheap. But Matt has earned my trust because he has consistently produced "the goods" and shared what he has found to the public.
The majority of breakthroughs that many of us following the audits could publish with confidence, came through Matt's team.
I have not promoted the other audit patriot groups out there, because while there are many promises, there is little transparency.
