In case you’re wondering if they will “find anything” in the audit in Maricopa county - the answer is absolutely yes.
They wouldn’t be trying to create such doubt and paint the auditors and kooks and nut jobs if they had nothing to hide. If they had nothing to hide they’d let us count for three months and analyze and then come out looking like fools.
Arizona appears to be headed to be the first state wrongfully awarded in the electoral college since contested elections began in 1796.

In March, Raffensperger voluntarily agreed to a settlement in federal court with various Democrat groups, ( ABRAMS) which had sued the state over its rules for absentee voting. The end result was a dramatic alteration in how Georgia conducted the 2020 election.
Republicans were not party to the agreement, despite their huge interest in the case. The agreement explicitly states that neither Raffensperger nor the Democratic groups who sued him take a position on whether the laws and procedures being changed were constitutional or not.
Democrats’ high-powered attorneys introduced several significant changes, such as the opportunity to “cure” ballots. That means that when an absentee ballot comes in with problems that would typically lead it to be trashed, the voter is instead given a chance to “cure” or correct the ballot. It also said Democrats would offer training and guidance on signature verification to county registrars and absentee ballot clerks.
Most importantly, the settlement got rid of any meaningful signature match. The law had previously required signatures to match the signature on file with the Georgia voter registration database. But the settlement allowed the signature to match any signature on file, including the one on the absentee ballot application. That meant a fraudulently obtained ballot would easily have a signature match and no way to detect fraud.
The ballot also could only be rejected if a majority of registrars, deputy registrars, and ballot clerks agreed to it, another burden that made it easier to just let all ballots through without scrutiny.

Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano Introduces 2020 Election Audit Plan
Sen. Doug Mastriano, a rising force in Pennsylvania’s ultra-conservative circles who has talked of his desire to bring an Arizona-style audit to Pennsylvania, led a private briefing Wednesday for Republican senators on his plan.
Mastriano also solicited legal advice from a Philadelphia-based law firm about the Senate Republican caucus using private money to finance consultants and lawyers.
The law firm’s response letter, dated Tuesday, was obtained by The Associated Press.
“While we cannot predict how the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would decide the issue, in our opinion, to a reasonable degree of legal certainty, Pennsylvania law does not prohibit the Caucus or Committee from accepting or benefiting from such financial support,” lawyer Bruce S. Marks wrote.

I can't wait for the day where we can stop pleading for deliverance and justice, but rather praise God and reflect on His great rescue plan.

Procedural mistakes happen when you have very little time (in some cases, a week to file after official certification of results) to get in front of courts. There were literally thousands of affidavits brought forward, and thousands of pages of text to review and straighten out, with people working 20 hour days.
This is one of the reasons the election fraud was committed in such vast proportion. It is very hard to win election fraud cases in court. They figured they would be found out, too - but plan to use the media to block downfield and ignore the rage of the public.
Use your large platforms for good, if you have them. Stop tearing down other people if you don’t know the full story, and haven’t reached out to them directly.

Any attorney worth their salt knows the election lawsuits filed in November would normally take several MONTHS to PREPARE, and perhaps much longer to INVESTIGATE.
Because of strict election deadlines, the attorneys involved, had WEEKS to do BOTH.
The law requires attorneys to submit their filings in good faith.
Moreover, the law recognizes that rarely, if ever, do the parties have perfect knowledge at the outset of a case.
Thus, the law provides mechanisms to amend pleadings, and to drop or add parties to the litigation.
Oftentimes, persons can be added in a compulsory fashion because they are indispensable, even though they may not wish to have anything to do with the litigation.
Sometimes, legal theories must be asserted, or parties added, because to not do so, constitutes a sort of legal waiver. In other words, attorneys can be prohibited from asserting claims at a later date if they don't "place mark" persons and requests for relief in a complaint.
After an exhaustive review of the lawsuits filed by Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, absolutely no disciplinary action is warranted under our rules.
Any reporter suggesting otherwise, needs remedial education on the law.
What is warranted, however, is an investigation into those RINO attorneys that have subverted justice and weaponized the rules through perverse interpretations.
What is also warranted, is the investigation and routing out of so-called journalists that enable and promote such treachery.
These evil men and women have targeted the few innocent and honorable attorneys that have fought for our elections and President Trump since day one.
