On Sep. 26, 2009, Hillary Clinton and her U.S. State Department started secretly paying Facebook for a “template for election winning.” On Nov. 01, 2016, Hillary, Obama, John Podesta and Robby Mook took a $1.5 billion donation from Google’s Eric Schmidt to implement the U.S. Digital Service run out of the White House.

The latest word is that the Maricopa Board of Supervisors refuse to let the audit take place on the premises where the ballots are currently located. They claim the subpoena does not state that the audit will take place at their premises. What a bunch of lying feckless weasels. First, the taxpayers own the building. Second, the audit is funded by the taxpayers. Third, doing the audit at the present location protects the chain of custody. Fourth, removing the ballots offsite gives the board plausible deniability in the event ballots have gone missing. They can conveniently say, "well, they were all here. I don't know why you don't have all of them." Fifth, it is customary practice when fighting over disclosure and subpoenaed items to make said items available at their physical location when it is impracticable to do so otherwise. 2.1 million ballots and the machines are in one spot. Why cost the AZ taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars to transport? Delay, delay, delay. This is what happens when politicians handle things. The remedy is simple. AZ legislators——get the presiding judge on the phone now. Get the matter on the record now. Demand access pursuant to the court's order now. Ask the judge to hold the BOS in contempt if they do not open the doors now. I ask all here to contact the AZ legislators to get the judge to exercise control over the Maricopa BOS. This is an embarrassment to the court. If you know the judge, start mentioning his name. It's great when a judge responds after his name is posted all over the internet. We the People decide what happens with our votes. Not the other way around.

What a tangled web has been weaved. But I know some patriots that have watched these traitors a long time. You can run, but you can't hide.

The date is 4/3/21. Sounds like a countdown to the resurrection. Tomorrow we celebrate Christ conquering death. I pray that tomorrow marks an important day where our country experiences a resurrection: One nation under God.

This week is critical for the Arizona Forensic Audit. The Senate must exercise its powers granted by the Arizona Constitution to take over the Maricopa Tabulation Center to audit the network, the internet connected devices, the voting machines, and the original paper ballots and envelopes.

To many Arizonians, the Maricopa Tabulation Center was where the crime of the century took place and continues today, unexamined. Forensic evidence must be gathered there with an audit to prove or disprove the alleged fraud. The audit must not take place in a rented warehouse or a hotel conference room! The ballots must stay where they are not trucked across town for $150,000!

Freedom loving people everywhere, help Arizona hold our elected officials accountable for a legal, free, and fair election in 2020. Contact our Senators and encourage them to fully and boldly exercise the power over elections as granted by the Constitution!

Arizona Statute was violated.

ARS 16-624(A): After the canvass has been completed, the officer in charge of elections shall deposit the package or envelope containing the ballots in a secure facility managed by the county treasurer, who shall keep it unopened and unaltered for twenty-four months for elections for a federal office or for six months for all other elections, at which time he shall destroy it without opening or examining the contents.

The Judge pointed this out in his order - the Board of Supervisors were violating the law, had not transferred custody, and were using the excuse of "ongoing litigation."

Why hasn't the Senate taken up the issue of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors' violation of ARS 16-624(A) by not transferring custody of election material to the County Treasurer?

We know & the Senate knows about the Board's obstruction, so why haven't they taken the control away from the Board?
