Stephen Richer, Maricopa’s fake Republican recorder, just admitted that the county broke chain of custody and did not follow the law to count ballots at the precinct.

Therefore, Maricopa County admits to running an illegal election, ON PURPOSE, with two statewide races decided by less than 1%.

If there isn’t an election re-do and major punishments doled out, then you have your answer about this judge and whether he’s owned or not.
