~$5 Trillion has spilled out of the U.S. Treasury unto our Nation to cover the costs of the COVID “MANDEMIC.” With little or no oversight, much of the money has “gone south.” The money has been dispensed through channels. The channel most pertinent to this discussion is the Corona Virus Relief Fund (CRF).

Excel spreadsheet column headers that reflect source and application information for the CRF are too numerous to list across this document. For this discussion, only “Key” Column headings of the ~21 headings in CRF fund spreadsheets are noted. The reader is invited to view all Excel spreadsheet column information in the listed, horizontal order at Corona Virus Relief Fund or HERE for the unedited Excel spreadsheet file.

Key Headings used here are simply the Prime recipient, Sub-recipient (Multiple Recipients) and Award amount.

Sub-recipients, Money Spent, and corresponding descriptions are really where the “rubber hits the road.” There is no accountability and verifiability if we don’t know who exactly got the money (the application) and why they got it. Of the ~200K Excel entries in the CRF, the majority reflect a fair degree of accountability with respect to the above. Yet, there is one glaring smoking gun. That is the Sub-recipient column/category generalized as “Multiple Recipients.” For “Multiple Recipients,” there is no corresponding information that would verify or validate or justify the reason for spending the money.

Now here’s where The Ole’ Buzzard has a vexing “case of the ass.” I’ve been preaching, cajoling, and haranguing about the Cares Act as a source of funding Election Infection activities. No one has really listened so far. In view of the fact that the dustup in the air around Arizona’s Election Infections is as thick as molasses, it’s time for some to pull their heads out and look at this.

Multiply the foregoing by 50 States and more scams and you'll soon see the "monument" of fraud and corruption that's been built around the Cares Act.

UPDATE: The reason the subpoena has been withdrawn is due to the scope of the trial.

Katie Hobbs testimony (apparently) has no relevance to the 2 remaining counts going to trial. 🤷‍♂️

The above is head scratching….

Relevant evidence is extremely broad.

Rule 401: Evidence is relevant if:
(a) it has any tendency to make a fact more or less probable than it would be without the evidence; and
(b) the fact is of consequence in determining the action.

There was complete maladministration of a statewide election, and Katie Hobbs, as the chief elections officer, won’t testify on the lack of chain of custody practices and machine functionality?

Highly relevant.

No one should be withdrawing subpoenas. Make the judge issue a ruling and preserve the issue for appeal as a legal error.

Katie Hobbs is a dumpster fire.

Judge just spared her from being ripped a new 💩🕳️.

I just hope the attorneys didn’t stipulate to the decision.

In my experience (160+ trials), stipulations only occurred when (1) the attorneys really knew their cases and their opposition, or (2) lesser attorneys were nervous about their ability to argue the rules of evidence during trial, and tried like hell to negotiate what could come in.

The buck stops with those that certify the election.

The final AZ certification was executed by Katie Hobbs.

Can’t tell me her policies aren’t foundational in their relevance.

“Uhh…Judge, I don’t think I’m relevant to this trial either. Can you ask them to withdraw my subpoena too?”
