Beginning another fast in solidarity with Biden’s political prisoners.

I usually attempt two longer fasts per year. Just water and coffee. Salt and potassium also required to avoid cramping. Set aside time for Bible study, prayer, etc.

Do what works for you. Fasting is biblical, and is a great way to heal.

There is something about saying what you will do out loud that makes it harder to quit down the road, that’s why I’m posting this. Personal accountability to combat the temptation to eat Christmas cookies.
