On Saturday, 27 June, the legendary British electronic act The Prodigy delivered their only Baltic show of 2026 at Riga’s Wondersala. It was not just a concert – it was a full‑scale sonic assault, a raw explosion of breakbeats, distorted synths, and unrelenting energy that reminded everyone why this band remains untouchable.

The evening kicked off with doors opening at 17:00 and a warm‑up DJ set. At 20:15, Gareth McGrillen of Pendulum took over the decks with a special DJ performance, setting the tone for the night. Then, at 22:30, the main event began: Liam Howlett and Maxim stormed the stage, backed by a colossal production of lights and bass that shook the venue to its core.

The setlist was a greatest‑hits assault, featuring Omen, Voodoo, Poison, Need Sum1, Light Up The Sky, Firestarter, Invaders, No Good, Roadblox, Get Your Fight On, Their Law, Smack – and, of course, the anthemic Breathe, Hospital, and Out Of Space. The show ran until midnight, leaving no one standing still.

Beyond the sheer intensity, the performance served as a powerful tribute to the legacy of Keith Flint. His voice and spirit were felt throughout, especially on tracks like Firestarter and Breathe. The Prodigy are still in full “attack mode” – and they proved that their fire is far from extinguished. A night of unity, chaos, and pure rave culture that Riga will not forget.
