Lawmakers, senators laud anti-scam efforts as bill approaches Senate

During the nine-month period from July 2025 to March 2026, Cambodian authorities report breaking up 250 cases of technology-based fraud. Approximately 750 suspects were sent to court to face charges in 80 cases.

20 foreigners detained in overnight raid on Phnom Penh scam centre

A joint force operation conducted overnight in the capital’s Sen Sok district led to the arrest of 20 foreign suspects, including two women, in connection with an alleged online scam operation, said the Secretariat of the Commission for Combating Online Scams (CCOS).

Manet demands action over Thai fuel smuggling allegations
