The BitGet exchange posted a video claiming an alleged connection between Notcoin and the PAWS project (the tweet has since been deleted).

In response, the Notcoin team stated that this is “pure lies.”

UPD: The Dogs team also denies any connection to the PAWS project.

Verification has now been introduced on the Fragment platform. To purchase anonymous numbers, usernames, or Telegram Stars, users must complete verification through the Sumsub service. Notably, this is the same service used for Wallet verification.

The introduction of KYC might be related to entering the U.S. market or the upcoming conversion of limited-edition gifts into NFTs and the creation of a secondary market on Fragment.

Before launching gift sales on a global scale, Telegram must ensure compliance with anti-money laundering measures.

Interestingly, the sale of anonymous numbers is still available without requiring KYC.
