पुण्यातील नॅशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ व्हायरोलॉजीने कोविड१९ अँटिबॉडीचा शोध घेणारी पहिली स्वदेशी टेस्टिंग किट तयार केली आहे. जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या परिसरात करोना व्हायरस संसर्गावर पाळत ठेवण्यात आणि कोरोना संक्रमितांची ओळख पटवण्यास ही किट महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभावणार असून अडीच तासांमध्ये ९० चाचण्या घेण्याची या किटची क्षमता आहे

🚨केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन यांनी दोन दिवसात घेतलेले महत्त्वाचे निर्णय
▶️MSME ची व्याख्या बदलण्यात आली आहे. त्यामुळे स्क्षूम, लघु, मध्यम आणि कुटीर उद्योगाचा विस्तार होत असेल तर त्यांना चिंता करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही. त्यांना MSME चे सर्व लाभ मिळतील.
आधी २५ लाख गुंतवणूकीचा उद्योग MSME समजला जात होता. पण आता एक कोटी पर्यंत गुंतवणूक असलेल्या उद्योगांचा MSME मध्ये समावेश करण्यात आला आहे.
▶️सरकारला २०० कोटी रुपयापर्यंत खरेदी करायची असेल तर त्यामध्ये जागतिक कंपन्यांना निविदा भरता येणार नाहीत. मेक इन इंडियाला चालना देण्याच्या दृष्टीने हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.
▶️प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण पॅकेजतंर्गत पीएफ फंडात कंपनीकडून देण्यात येणारे १२ टक्के आणि कर्मचाऱ्याच्या वेतनातून कापण्यात येणारे १२ टक्क्याचा भार सरकार भरणार आहे.३.६७ लाख कंपन्या आणि ७२.२२ लाख कर्मचाऱ्यांना याचा फायदा होईल. यामुळे उद्योगांना २५०० कोटी रुपयांचा दिलासा मिळणार आहे.
▶️इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न्स भरण्याची मुदत ३० नोव्हेंबर पर्यंत वाढवण्यात आल्याची माहिती निर्मला सीतारामन यांनी दिली आहे.

▶️शेतकऱ्यांना पीक कर्ज उपलब्ध झाले पाहिजे, यासाठी नाबार्ड ग्रामीण बँकांना अतिरिक्त ३० हजार कोटी रुपये उपलब्ध करुन देणार. तीन कोटी शेतकऱ्यांना या निर्णयाचा फायदा होईल.
▶️सर्व स्थलांतरित मजुरांना पुढच्या दोन महिन्यांसाठी मोफत धान्य देण्यात येईल. रेशन कार्ड नाही अशा कुटुंबांना सुद्धा पाच किलो तांदूळ/गहू आणि एक किलो चणे पुढचे दोन महिेने मोफत देण्यात येतील.
८ कोटी प्रवासी मजुरांना याचा फायदा होईल. यासाठी येणारा ३५०० कोटी रुपये खर्चाचा सर्व भार केंद्र सरकार उचलेल.
▶️एक देश, एक रेशन कार्डची यावेळी घोषणा करण्यात आली. या योजनेचा ६७ कोटी लोकांना फायदा होईल असंही स्पष्ट करण्यात आलं आहे. ही योजना लागू झाल्यास राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा कायद्यानुसार कोणत्याही कार्ड धारकाला देशातल्या कोणत्याही रेशन दुकानातून रेशन घेण्याची मुभा असेल असंही स्पष्ट करण्यात आलं आहे.
▶️रस्त्यावरच्या फेरीवाल्यांसाठी पाच हजार कोटी रुपयापर्यंत कर्ज देण्याची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. १० हजार रुपयांपर्यंत त्यांना भांडवल देण्यात येईल.
▶️गृहनिर्माण क्षेत्राला चालना देण्यासाठी सहा ते १८ लाखापर्यंत वार्षिक उत्पन्न असणाऱ्या मध्यमवर्गीयांसाठी २०१७ साली आणलेली हाऊसिंग लोन सबसिडी योजना ३१ मार्च २०२० पर्यंत वाढवण्यात आली आहे. यासाठी ७० हजार कोटी रुपयांचे पॅकेज जाहीर करण्यात आले आहे. आतापर्यंत ३.३ लाख कुटुंबांनी याचा फायदा घेतला आहे. आणखी २.५ लाख लोकांना या योजनेचा फायदा होईल. बांधकाम साहित्य, स्टील यांची मागणी वाढल्यामुळे रोजगार निर्मितीला चालना मिळेल.
▶️मच्छीमार आणि पशुसंवर्धन करणाऱ्या शेतकऱ्यांचा सुद्धा किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड योजनेत समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांना सवलतीच्या दरात कर्ज मिळणार आहे.

देशातील आठ राज्यांना फटका बसण्याची शक्यता; अनेक राज्यांना ऑरेंज अलर्ट
मुसळधार पाऊस आणि ६५ किमी वेगाने वाहणाऱ्या वादळी वाऱ्यांची शक्यता हवामान खात्याने व्यक्त केली आहे.
अंदमान-निकोबारसहीत लक्षद्वीपमध्ये चक्रवादळासहीत जोरदार पाऊस होण्याची शक्यता हवामान खात्याने व्यक्त केली आहे. याचबरोबर ओडिशा आणि पश्चिम बंगालमधील काही भागांमध्ये जोरदार पाऊस कोसळण्याचा इशाराही हवामान खात्याने दिला आहे. बंगालच्या उपसागरामध्ये कमी दाबाचा पट्टा निर्माण झाल्याने तयार झालेल्या अम्फान चक्रवादळाचा सर्वाधिक फटका पूर्वेकडी राज्यांना बसण्याची शक्यता व्यक्त केली जात असली तरी दक्षिण, पश्चिम आणि उत्तरेकडील काही भागांमध्ये जोरदार ते मध्यम स्वरुपाचा पाऊस येण्याची दाट शक्यता आहे. काही भागामध्ये धुळीची वादळेही उठतील असं अंदाज वर्तवण्यात येत आहे.

देशातील बटाटा, कांदा, टोमॅटोच्या पिकांच्या समस्या हाताळण्यासाठी केंद्र शासनाने ‘ऑपरेशन ग्रीन’ योजना तयार केली आहे.
ऑपरेशन ग्रीनच्या माध्यमातून TOP म्हणजेच टोमॅटो, बटाटा, कांदा योजनेत इतर फळभाज्यांनाही आणण्यात आले आहे. TOP योजनेसाठी सुमारे 500 कोटी रुपयांची तरतूद आहे.
दरम्यान, 50% अनुदान ट्रान्सपोर्टेशनसाठी दिले जाईल. तर शेतमालाच्या साठवणुकीसाठी 50% अनुदान दिले जाईल.
