The government doesn’t need to enforce anything if the businesses do it for them, and the people go along with it.
The reason why “Canada” knew this was THEE TIME to implement this policy is because the level of vaxxed is (now) actually quite high.
Or at least I can say that’s what I’ve seen happen in my circle of people over the last month. Most of the holdouts finally caved...
