Good news! I just got off a meeting with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Rights. They are moving forward with a class action suite against the government. They are looking for people to join who have been impacted by mandatory vaccine passports, they are looking specifically for parents with kids that are being excluded from sports or school, university students and business owners who do not want to enforce vaccine passports. They said this case could take 10 months (based in Toronto supreme court) but you only need to sign an affidavit, not participate in court. Most importantly you need to be OK with your name being public and associated to to this case. There is no cost to be part of this.
