Productivity hack ;
Every evening, make a checklist of 3-5 things you need to do the next day.
Tick them off once completed.
Making a visual reference for your progress and journey will help keep you on track with fulfilling it.
Seeing the growth physically occur in front of your eyes will motivate you immensely.
PS - The checklist should be practical and not fantasised. I mean the tasks should be practical enough to be completed within a day. Else if you put a lot of tasks for a day you won't be able to complete it, and you will end up being dissapointed. Remember growth doesn't happen overnight, it is a gradual process which needs consistency.

How can you think that you are weak? Remember the first time that you broke your heart, failed at something, or had a fight with your friend and thought to yourself this is it; "I will never be okay". But time passed and you wrapped yourself with the string of strength as you forgave, accepted new things and learned to love again. Remember the number of times you had to pick up after other people, the moments when you were the one who had to clean up the mess, when you had to make amends and be the bigger person. Remember the first time you felt pain deep, jittery pain in your ribs. The kind of pain that you could physically feel in your heart. Remember when you believed that you can never come through from this pain, when you hugged a corner of your room and turned off all the lights until they resembled the darkness within you. Remember the months that followed -waking up each morning with the weight of your heartache in your chest, and how hard it was to plant a smile on your face when your insides were hurting. You overcame those days. Remember you're the strongest. We're the strongest 💪

sometimes you give them your heart and they give you shit. and sometimes you hold on to them a little longer because you deeply believe they will change. but that's not the case for most. you can't change someone when their heart isn't there. you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. and you can't love someone who doesn't want to be loved. sadly, this is the harsh reality we go through sometimes.

I feel like I could never give myself to anyone the way I gave myself to you. I feel like you took the best part of me with you, and I could never become the same again.
trust me when I say that your taste in people changes when you begin to love yourself.
If you decide to ghost me, it’s ultimately your choice. If you feel there’s nothing left to say, or I’m not worth a goodbye, I’m okay with that. But just know, I won’t ever look back once you do. Our paths won’t cross again. Once I outgrow our connection, I don’t look back.
I know you're exhausted tonight, but you did your best throughout the day. And I'm proud of you ❤️
you know, i'm at the age where i don't have the energy to waste on inconsistent people, the patience to sit next to my phone waiting on people to make time for me. i don't have time to waste on people who put me last when i put them first

It is not the things that hurt you that define you. It is how you deal with the pain. How you grow from it. What you learn from it. And how you learn to move on from it. That is what defines you. That is what makes you who you are.
The most beautiful thing about life is that you can always change, get better and grow. You aren't defined by your past. You aren't your mistakes.
im currently not rushing anything. period. im accepting that i need to enjoy the process. whats meant to flow, will.

sometimes i let your memory consume me entirely, and i let you linger for a long while because it's comforting to have you with me. i don't hold resentment towards you but i'm still at a loss for words for how i let you lead me on with all of your charm. i knew that you would leave eventually but i didn't care. i was careless enough to shatter my own heart for someone who never felt the same rush as i did when our fingers brushed. i blush at some of the things i've done just to be the center of your attention. i didn't think it through because it was you and i was a fool in love.@TheLostDiary
..and over years I've started to see that it's okay to limit who has access to me.
