u don't have to devalue urself inorder to make them like u. U don't have to do things u normally wouldn't do to fit in. Ppl will accept u for who u are. Just be real. Be urself. & if they can't accept u for who u are. Then fuck them. u don't need their validation to begin with.

You aren't here to fight anyone to be treated right. You should know your worth and what you deserve, and if someone doesn't see that, if they trouble your heart or make you feel cold, or if they think that putting anything less than 100% into you is okay, then they're wrong for you. You've spent too many years valuing relationships that felt wrong from the start and people with difficult hearts to know that you're made for so much more. You're not here to prove anything to anyone. And if you really want to prove anything then prove to yourself how far you're willing to go to protect your essence, prove to yourself that your dreams matter more than people with solid souls and little respect for what you want, prove to yourself that you will put yourself before others. You've wasted enough time, energy and emotions on those who would never value you to know that, in the end, you're the one who always gets left behind. So, if you want to prove anything to anyone - prove it to yourself.

Please be patient with those who have anxiety. They say sorry a lot because they're genuinely afraid they've insulted you somehow. They ask if they're annoying , they say things are 'awkward' because they can be uncomfortable in any situation, no matter who with, ....they don't mean to personally hurt you . They cry, not because they're looking for attention but because sometimes people and situations are too much. They don't text you a lot because they're clingy, it's because if you don't reply, they think they've done something wrong ..
They can be set off by little things so don't say they're overreacting when they panic. Please be patient with those who have anxiety. They only mean the best.

broken hearts that choose to be quiet speak such a beautiful language if you listen carefully
Gentle reminder not to revolve your life around someone else’s wants. Make memories that YOU want, go on adventures that call to YOU & do NOT do something just bc someone else doesn’t want to. Experience and explore the world the way you want to. We owe ourselves that freedom.
happy mother's day to all the beautiful moms. may the almighty give you good health and all the happiness ♥️
The reason you overthink is because you're a people pleaser. You want to send the perfect text because you care about making the other person smile. You want to plan the perfect date because you care about making the other person happy. You overlove because you lack self-love. You might hate your overthinking for making you worry whether you are boring, whether you are annoying, whether you are not good enough. Part of your overthinking has to do with insecurity. It has to do with needing to love, respect, and accept yourself more.
You can't control how other people receive your energy. Anything you do or say gets filtered through the lens of whatever personal stuff they are going through at the moment. Which is not about you. Just keep doing your thing with as much integrity and Love as possible.

Strategies to overcome procrastination:
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. Concentrate on forming habits by taking small steps forward everyday.
-- for example ; if you want to finish a 500 page book. Start by reading 10 pages daily, not 100 pages daily.
2. Just start working
--Force yourself to start and to make the first step. The hardest step is always the first step. Once you take the first step you forget about procrastination and the job gets done. I definitely recommend reading about the timeboxing technique.
3. Consider your energy levels
--Take regular breaks throughout the day (walk, stretch, eat, water, nap, etc.). Find your peak productive hours and push yourself. When your energy is getting low take those breaks.
4. Find ways to have more energy
--Get enough rest (7 – 8 hours), eat a healthy diet, exercise a few times a week, drink enough water, etc. Low energy typically leads to procrastination.
5. Overcome the fear of failure
--The fear of failure can lead to procrastination. Although, failure is a key component of success. You can't have one without the other. If you want to succeed faster, you have to fail more. Learn from those failures and thrive.
6. Make sure perfectionism isn't holding you back
--Trying to get it perfect will lead to procrastination, and understanding that nothing will ever be perfect will help you beat procrastination. By breaking the habit you will go to places you would have never imagined before.
7. Create a to-do list
--Lists will help you feel like you're doing something, and crossing something off as "DONE" will keep you motivated. Making a list will reduce the risk that you forget to do something.

few people will use you for making them happy until they feel like they don't need you anymore and then leave you wondering where you went wrong, they will then treat you as if you never existed :)
these people just know how to take, but never be willing to give the same efforts and love, they'll make you feel that you're a burden as soon as u start expecting the same love and efforts and care from them. But you're not a burden mate cause that's what selfish people do, they leave when they get bored.

Stop chasing the idea of a ‘perfect love’, instead - chase the self-love, chase the ability to become the best version of yourself. Chase your dreams, your hopes and wishes. Chase everything that will stay when love leaves, and hold on to it, for you must when it does.
Please stop sending them long paragraphs after they hurt you. They don’t care and nothing you say will guilt trip them into caring. Take your dignity and leave.
That's the thing. We learn to live with it. No matter how much time passes. We learn to live with the losses. With the aches of the heart. With the people we lost and the opportunities we missed our on. Like I said, we learn to live with it. We just pick our shit up and go.
Never be so loyal to someone that you end up betraying yourself.
Read that twice.
Read that twice.
It's okay to talk about the things you feel. About your depression. Your anxiety. Your stress. And all the things you worry about. It's okay to struggle with these things. To not know how to deal with it. To not know where to begin. Or. How to heal. It's okay. But please. Don't keep it all inside. Talk about what you feel. Be honest. Be open about it. This is how you change. This is how you will heal. By talking about it. By letting the people who care about you know what it is you're feeling. Don't bottle it up inside. Don't bury it. Let it out. Let the sun in. Like this. You're journey begins. Like this you properly grow.

You can’t play games with someone who’s not afraid of being alone. Step correct or we’ll cut you off with the quickness 🖕
You will end up where you belong. So don't worry too much about what you're going through. Learn from it but don't dwell in it. Feel it and then... let go. What's yours will find you. No matter what happens. Everything you deserve will come to you. It will manifest. You'll see. Whether it be love. Personal growth. Knowledge. Friendship. Moving on. Healing... Etc. Whatever it may be. It will come to you. And it will find you. And stay with you. No matter what. Until then stop overthinking. And keep working on your goals 💪
