JUST IN: ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท President Trump says the Strait of Hormuz will be opened "with or without" Iran's approval.

@BRICSNews
๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ทโšก๏ธ โ€” U.S. intelligence indicates Iran still has thousands of ballistic missiles and could restore parts of its launch capability by recovering launchers from underground storage sites, despite repeated US/Israeli strikes throughout the war, according to WSJ, citing U.S. officials.

โžก๏ธ While more than half of Iranโ€™s launchers are believed to have been destroyed, damaged, or trapped underground, U.S. officials assess that many could eventually be repaired or dug out.

โžก๏ธ Some in Washington are concerned Tehran could use the current pause in fighting to rebuild elements of its missile arsenal even as efforts continue to solidify the ceasefire and fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธโšก๏ธ โ€” NEW: Iran hasn't been able to open the Strait of Hormuz to more shipping traffic because it cannot locate all of the mines it laid in the waterway and lacks the capability to remove them, according to NYT, citing U.S. officials.

โžก๏ธ The "safe routes" announced by the IRGC are limited in large part because Iran mined the strait haphazardly, U.S. officials said.

โžก๏ธ The officials say it is unclear whether Iran accurately tracked the location of every mine it deployed in the Strait of Hormuz, and even when positions were recorded, some mines may have drifted or shifted over time.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ - โ€œAround the Moon for all humanity.โ€

The Artemis II mission was emblematic of the fierce and foundational American spirit of conquering the unknown, akin to our ancestors who crossed the Atlantic centuries ago, to pioneers venturing into nameless dangers across our continent, and, finally, our first men venturing into Space with the entire world watching their fate.

America has no ambitions outside of her reach, and with our resolute faith in our abilities, we will continue to venture into the unknown and establish our presence.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฌโšก- The United Kingdom has dropped the bill to hand over the Chagos Islands to Mauritius.

The largest island in the archipelago, Diego Garcia, is home to the joint US/UK-operated base, which is the largest American installation in the Indian Ocean.

To note, Mauritius is effectively held captive under Chinese authority due to various Chinese investments in its economy, for example, a $260 million loan from the China Exim Bank to build the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport.

In addition, China voided $10 million USD of Mauritian debt in exchange for โ€œgood relations,โ€ effectively handing over their autonomy to the Chinese.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ทโšก๏ธ- According to CNN, US intelligence indicates that China is preparing to deliver new air defense systems to Iran within the next few weeks, according to three people familiar with recent intelligence assessments.

The systems Beijing is preparing to transfer are shoulder-fired anti-air missile systems known as MANPADs, the sources said, which posed an asymmetric threat to low-flying US military aircraft throughout the course of the five-week war and could again if the ceasefire falls apart.

Two of the sources told CNN there are indications that Beijing is working to route the shipments through third countries to mask their true origin.
