The 3 Musquirlteers have opened their eyes and started exploring their mansion of a tree home.

It's such a joy to be able to watch them play right outside our window. It can be a healing experience and sure to bring a lot of laughter.

Already, they have such unique personalities, which made them easy to name.

๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ผ๐˜ is timid one of the bunch and prefers to hide when we are outside. He stayed still for this picture, though ๐Ÿคฉ

๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ has no fear of us, but doesn't like to venture too far yet. There are branches within arms reach from their home here that he has been nibbling on.

๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ is the explorer. She has no fear and is climbing all over the lower branches of the tree.

They grow up fast and mama is always nearby. Hopefully we can get some more great photos and videos of them before they leave to make their own nests in a few weeks.

Stories like this break my heart.

It breaks my heart because I was told the same thing by doctors and therapists.

They told me it wasn't going to get any better and I'd have to deal with severe depression for the rest of my life.

The doctors and therapists I had worked with exhausted their textbook resources for what they could do to help me.

It was frustrating. I was scared and the condition kept getting worse.

Fortunately, I was firmly against suicide as an option because of spiritual experiences I had experienced.

I did believe them, however. I accepted that nothing could be done but try to cope with it.

This led me to be more open about the struggle with friends and family.

I hoped to receive support from them, but it brought the opposite. They didn't know how to deal with it and eventually they all faded away.

The isolation actually helped me. It gave me the opportunity to look within and ask some pretty difficult questions.

The answers were clear and as I began to implement the obvious changes I needed to make I wondered why no one had ever told me this before.

Why did every professional tell me there was no way to cure whatever it was that I was dealing with?

For the first time, the symptoms of the depression lightened up. This brought out hope and inspired me to keep going.

After years of consistent effort and improvement I finally got to a point where I no longer experienced anything remotely resembling depression.

My deepest desire is to give hope that healing is possible to anyone that is going through something similar to this.

This is the article that inspired me to share this with you today: https://nypost.com/2024/04/02/world-news/28-year-old-woman-decides-to-be-euthanized-due-to-mental-health-issues/

Please share and comment for reach. You never know who needs to see a message of hope.

It can get better and I pray that it does.

If you are ready to talk to someone that has been through mental and emotional turmoil, I'd be honored to offer some light in the darkness.

Have you ever imagined yourself as part of a thriving community, living harmoniously and abundantly with the land and other kindred souls?

This has been a dream of mine that Iโ€™ve carried most of my life and it is time to bring this vision to life.

It is not something I can do alone, so I am asking for your help. If this is something you have a strong desire to make happen, please read the blueprint for building these communities and connect with me if you feel called to contribute to this transformative project.

Positivity can have some catastrophic consequences.

But a simple paradigm shift can help you avoid the common traps that a positivity-only mindset can lead to.

What are the pitfalls of positivity?

1. Emotional Suppression: Consistently upholding a positive facade means emotions labeled as negative are not dealt with and build up until there is an explosion. This pattern goes on perpetually until those stored emotions are released.

2. Reduced Authenticity: Positivity posts may garner a lot of likes and engagement, but pretending that we are always positive and kind (especially towards ourselves) ignores a lot of the experiences we are actually having. Acknowledge that you are striving towards the ideal, but not always able to uphold it.

3. Surface Relationships:
Relationships deepen through shared experiences, which include both joy and adversity. Bonds are strengthened when people are unafraid to engage in the struggles, learn from the experience, and grow together.

4. Missed Opportunities For Growth: Challenges and failures are fertile ground for growth. Negating the negative means valuable life lessons may go unlearned, stunting personal and professional development.

5. Resistance to Change: Positive vibes only can inadvertently create a culture that rejects constructive feedback because it is seen as negative. Growth thrives on adaptability and openness to change.

6. Inability to Cope with Life's Complexities: Life's richness lies in its contrasts. We run the risk of being unprepared to handle life's complexities when they inevitably arise when we condition ourselves to accept only the positive.

The one factor that makes a positivity-only mindset dangerous is the fact that you are starting with a conditioned mind. Limiting beliefs and unresolved issues are already in your subconscious. This new methodology can create inner conflict as you try to hold down the emotional triggers and automatic behaviors that you label as negative.

Situations and relationships are complex. Trying to narrow an experience down to positive or negative is like taking a vibrant, colorful image, and converting it to black and white. Not even grayscale is allowed in this purview.

Instead of labeling thoughts in a dualistic manner, embrace the full spectrum of lifeโ€™s beauty. Unpleasant experiences are there to let us know we have some room to grow or changes to make if we desire different results. Start taking out the mental programming that is inconsistent with reality so you can begin moving towards the ideal and experience authentic joy.

Everything is happening for you, but you have to be open to receiving the gift. Sometimes this means sitting with uncomfortable emotions so you can get to the root cause and let it go. It has been my experience that you feel lighter and more peaceful every time you do this.

As I reflect on 7ยฒ trips around the sun here are 7 things I have learned:

I am always loved, supported, and held even in the darkest moments.

Everything happens for a reason, whether I comprehended it or not.

My mind was conditioned from the time I was in the womb. I may not have put the programs there, but I am responsible for changing them if they work against me or others.

There is a remedy for everything and it is mine if I ask for and am willing to receive it. (This is where the mind conditioning gets in the way)

Trusting my body to heal instead of a pill has helped me overcome depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, lower back pain, seasonal allergies, chronic bronchitis, and more.

Discovering inner peace and oneness showed me that it is possible for everyone.

Four-leaf clovers are easy to find when you know they will be shown to you.

It's not your fault that your mind was programmed with limiting beliefs and emotional triggers in childhood, but it is your responsibility to deprogram it as an adult.

Don't let the thoughts and ridicule of others stop you from creating the life you desire.

You can create anything you pursue with consistency and persistence.
