Always check the HASH of the downloaded wallet file before installation.

I think some of those "rough edges" are still there in the wallet code as it took me around 10-15 minutes to actually start syncing the blockchain from daedalus. So be patient and just leave it keep trying even if you get the message that it's taking too long to connect. It will eventually be able to connect to the wallet backend and will start syncing.

📣 Leadership lottery was not very kind to us but almost at the end of the first epoch when community pools started to make blocks finally we had a leadership slot assigned to us and we successfully minted our first block !!! 🎉

Just an update on pool statistics and rewards.
Epoch 211: 1 block
Epoch 212: 4 blocks

The rewards for epoch 211 have already been paid and for epoch 212 they will be paid after the current epoch.
It means that the rewards for the previous epoch are calculated right after the epoch change but they are paid out 1 epoch later.
