Your new cTrader account will be the same account type and balance as your DXtrade account as of 4PM EST today, once all positions are closed. Your cTrader username can be found by going to the account overview page of your dashboard and clicking the "Credentials" button. Spotware, the company that created cTrader, will separately email you with your login details and an email to set up your cTrader ID password.

Our second DXtrade server is now live. We will begin to place new accounts and upgraded accounts on the new server for select plans to stress test it. We have officially enabled the second server for all new and upgraded accounts to ensure further stability more forward on this platform. If you see any issue related to swaps, commissions, execution, data, charting, etc please be sure to report it via our ticket system. The mobile application for IOS and Android is finally near completion and will launch in the next two weeks max.
