The reality of receiving a giveaway account is most people treat it with little responsibility. Giving away these accounts help out the firm because it allows us to grow our community and provide opportunity to you. Please do not take this opportunity lightly. Treat a giveaway the same way you'd treat an account you paid for. We hope to see this number improve the next time we conduct this analysis on the accounts we gave away for the June competition. All challenges purchased since July 17th will be changed to Unlimited Trading Days. The surge in traffic we are seeing this month has caused a slower load time internally on our backend resulting in poor support on crypto refunds, automated order fulfillment and just overall customer experience. We have our new Leader of Technology embarking on the upgrade which has been carefully coordinated.
