103 correct answers. 85 people will benefit from the below explanation.

The correct answer to the morning's test is of course baNaNa🍌.
"b" + "a" + +"a" + "a";

This is an old-school joke in JavaScript, but remastered. Here's the original one:

"foo" + +"bar"; // -> 'fooNaN'

Explanation:

The expression is evaluated as 'foo' + (+'bar'), which converts 'bar' to not a number.

JavaScript is sometimes a weird thing. You can find more interesting tests here (sometimes barely applicable to real life)

Off to North Korea for 10 days ✈️
There is 99.9% probability that there will be no posts during this time

Look through what you've skipped last time, there will be more cool stuff when I'm back✊πŸ”₯
Got back from North Korea (safely☝️). God, tell me about digital detox nowπŸ˜‚. No internet, phone, limited information inflow.

The posts will be back in usual schedule from now on.

Some of you asked me about traveling to NK - its massively unrelated to this channel's content, but if anyone is interested in a few humble, subjective words about my experience vote for πŸ‡°πŸ‡΅ and I'll tell you a bit about it.

β€‹β€‹β˜οΈTo add a bit on the above.

Personally, I think you can and should make with typography great things. The best is when it contains a part or the whole logo. Companies like Facebook or Uber got it ages ago and it makes them easily distinguishable.

Found a nice startup that has a huge database of places in the world, where you can live and travel to.

Was looking for quite some time for a similar service.

Build nicely and is quite fast, considering the amount of data it analyzes.

Best part is that its in a very well designed format, it gives me the basic things I need to know about the place:

πŸ’° Cost of living per month
πŸ–₯️ Avg. Internet speed
🌦️ Weather

Plus give you statistics such as crime rate, fun rate, taxes, medicine, quality of life, traffic, tollerance, startup score (πŸ’‘), WiFi in cities and a bunch of things I won't even mentionπŸ‘

Definitely have a look for your next freelance travelling.

For lazy ones - πŸ“Canggu in Bali has the top score!

nomadlist
The guy, who created nomadlist turned out to be quite a motivating personπŸ’Ž.

βŒ›οΈWhen you have a spare hour have a look at his speech on Turning side projects into startups.

In short, when he was going broke he decided to jump on a marathon 12 startups in 12 months. And while most of them didn't succeed, it got a lot of attention and some of them like nomadlist and remoteok got him to $600k a year.

His recipe is quite frankly links to the concept of MVP (build as fast as possible something that can work to see if there is traction) and also he points out the fact that 90% of people won't do it even though they say they want it, which I agree with.

Only hard work and ability to stand up after failures and try again✊.
Those who skipped this nice service from the previous selection that I shared.

Picular.co - Google for colors. Next time you need all the shades of 🍺 or 🍸 give it a shot.

And yep, that's a PWA.

All your tempting πŸ’… design aspirations can be challenged now.

They offer 2 weeks demo version or 3 months off a yearly plan.
