He was an agnostic pantheist or possibly deist. Most definitely not an atheist, as he made clear.

Believe me, the believers in this channel won't find a difference, + at least in the German media and history, he's known as an atheist, and none of the above.

The only valid reason to call someone an atheist is if they openly state that they don’t believe in God; anything else reflects personal emotions on the matter, which are far from reliable + justifying an action solely because it’s endorsed by mainstream white media is certainly not a solid argument.

And getting so worked up just because a dead person was called an atheist doesn't make any sense.
